Замечательное место с гостеприимными хозяевами. Изначально поселились в большом гостевом доме, но для нас было шумно, т.к. все остальные номера заняла группа школьников,и хозяева предложили нам переселиться в отдельный Замечательное место с гостеприимными хозяевами. Постоянно были на связи и решали наши вопросы. Номера чистые, есть все необходимое. Со всех сторон шикарные виды на горы. Можно заказать за отдельную плату завтрак, который они готовят к нужному времени, порции большие и очень вкусные, каждый день новые блюда.
Бронировали заранее через букинг, но им не пришло подтверждение, списались с ними за день до заселение, несмотря на то, что не знали о нашей брони и полной занятности номеров, все равно сказали, что заселят нас. У хозяина можно заказать экскурсии. Жили 3 дня и не хотелось уезжать.

Пожалуй лучший отель в Местии по соотношению цены и качества. Горячая вода и водяное отопление!
Есть кухня и барная стойка. Гриль зона. Большие общие зоны. Хозяин может отвезти куда угодно.

Был в гостях в период с 19 февраля по 24 февраля. Комната на 3-м этаже. Из минусов - холодная (неотапливаемая) душевая с туалетом. Возможно на других этажах было теплое помещение, но в отсутствие минусовой температуры на улице, мне было нормально. Хозяин гостевого дома, персонал - вежливые. От отеля помогли с трансфером на Тетнульди по стандартному прайсу. Расположение отеля оптимальное -- то Хацвали ходил пешком, буквально через дорогу --- сауна (это уже в другом отеле), прекрасная возможность разбавить отдых после катания на лыжах. Также от дома недалеко до центра города Местиа, где как раз проходил фестиваль в честь FWT. В доме есть кухня, готовил иногда на ней, есть все необходимое из посуды, некоторые проживающие заказывали на месте питание. И как я мог судить -- полностью были удовлетворены сервисом и меню. Могу рекомендовать место ! Спасибо, приеду ещё раз !

The view from the windows is perfect.

Fata, the father will drive you anywhere in the roughest roads. And if you have any issues, he will support you. I had a flat tire in my rental car. He took me to the tire repair shop. Called the guy from his house and fixed the tire.
We liked this place and we recommend it very much.

Otele check-in saatinden sonra ulaştık ancak bizden önceki konukların geç çıkış yapması nedeniyle odamız henüz hazır değildi. Buna rağmen otel sahipleri son derece misafirperver ve yardımseverdi. Kısıtlı vaktimiz olduğu için aynı gün içinde Chalaadi Buzulu’na gitmek istiyorduk ve öncesinde bir şeyler yememiz gerekiyordu. Geç kalmamamız için bize khachapuri ikram ettiler ve ardından transfer araçlarıyla bizi buzulun başlangıç noktasına ulaştırdılar. Dönüşte de aynı şekilde otele kadar getirdiler. Sorduğumuz her soruya içtenlikle yanıt verdiler. Bu ilgi ve sıcak yaklaşımları için tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek bir işletme.

Decent location but a small walk out of the centre of Mestia. Me and my Dad stayed here in Jan and we were the only ones in the whole hotel! It was a great space to relax in, use the kitchen downstairs, and explore the area! The hosts were very friendly and happy to help us with suggestions of what to do and where to go, we ended up staying an additional night which was no worries. Thanks!

Very nice hosts and owners, we enjoyed Georgian traditions.

Clean hotel, well located, all the amenities you might need for the stay were already there. Balconies, chimneys, etc. Complete kitchen, clean bathroom, it was a very pleasant time there.
Something that I might say is that Pata and family’s attention toward guests is awesome. He is the best guide ever, and all the time made us feel more that welcome!!!

Feels like home, beautiful views away from noise and walking distance from town. The hosts were nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious, and there was a shared kitchen . Overall great stay !

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and warm (not hot in summer). There is always hot water. The bed is comfortable. The food is delicious. The view from all rooms is amazing, also there are 2 shared balconies.

A very nice guesthouse. In particular, we loved the garden and view from the balcony. BwE felt very comfortable and slept well, would definitely come back. Sadly we didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked and smelled amazing.

The owner and the place are very nice.
