The perfect, relaxing, well-appointed retreat from the hustle and bustle of Madrid.

One of our favorite places to stay during our Spain trip. Great service. Great rooms. Great location. It has a high-end finish and feel without being too stuffy. The value for the price was excellent in my opinion. It wasn’t cheap, but I have paid much more for much less. It seemed like the rooms were soundproofed, didn’t hear a peep from others. Cute little pool with very cold water that was quite refreshing in that crazy Spain heat. Food was decent. I wish the bar was better integrated and more of a vibe, but it did the job. I loved hanging out in the pool area courtyard. Our room was a gigantic suite that had way more room than we needed, but was appreciated. Beautiful room and very well appointed. Including the bathroom. Loved the steel doors and all the thought put into the details. Highly recommend!

Stunning Experience
Pros:

CoolRooms Palacio De Atocha is perfect, the location is close to everything and if you need to use a taxi its not far to anywhere of interest would strongly recommend this to anyone, the room we stayed in was huge, it had everything you could need, it was close to the road but once the doors were closed the road noise was next to nothing but the full vibe of Madrid can be taken in, the staff were all very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, the food from breakfast through poolside meals and to evening meals were excellent. The pool albeit very small was a welcome place to chill out and cool down with refreshing drink or two. Top marks all round give it go.

Perfect oasis and relaxed comfort
Pros:

The location was perfect with easy access to everything. Staff created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful room - clean, tranquil, luxurious. Was there during a very hot week and spent late afternoon hours poolside resting and eating before heading out for the evening. Joel (sp?) was a fabulous pool and restaurant host - friendly and attentive.

One memorable night in Madrid
Pros:

We just spent one night at CoolRooms so we could be in Madrid to watch Spain win the World Cup! What a night. But we will definitely be back for a longer stay as we were really impressed with the room, the courtyard and the friendly staff.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed
Pros:

This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I've always managed to stay in my preferred room.
This was the first trip I've ever taken with my daughter and the concierge was helpful and insightful when I asked for advice.
The hotel is quiet, a sanctuary in a hot and busy city during the summer and the location is ideal for experiencing local flavour, being close to a market and many dining options.
I look forward to returning.
