Home away from home!
Pros:

I had a wonderful time at Cool Rooms Palacio Atocha.The staff is super nice, super helpful, very attentive to our needs.The junior suite is really big and comfortable, the bed , the shower, every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible.Perfection!Thanks a lot for everything.I will be back!

A very stylish property.
Pros:

Great restaurant with a delightful terrace. Close to the "writers' quarter" with many attractions.

Cons:

The room was exquisite and the bathroom gigantic, but essentially the room was impractical with literally nowhere for our suitcases or clothes.

Perfect location and amazing staff!
Pros:

You wouldn’t believe the small details that this hotel gets spot on (and where so many others fail completely). Our spacious and quiet room had everything we could possibly want and there were some thoughtful little touches added by housekeeping. The welcome at reception was genuine and staff were always on hand and attentive. I highly recommend Cool Rolms Atocha.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in a great location
Pros:

We had a fabulous night in this beautiful hotel. Its location is perfect as it is an easy walk to all the main city centre sights and restaurants/bars. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and had thought of everything, even giving us bottles of water and snacks for our taxi ride to the airport the following morning. We were upgraded on arrival to a junior suite and were really impressed by the room. It was vast and beautifully appointed with excellent double-glazed windows that blocked out all noise from the busy street. My only tiny recommendation for the design of the room would be to have more hooks to hang used towels up but otherwise I couldn’t fault it. Overall: stunning decor, calming and sleek. Breakfast was delicious and elegantly served on the terrace by the pool. I would go back to this hotel in a flash.

Dit hotel is synoniem voor luxe en verwennerij op een toplocatie, een aanrader!
Pros:

Personeel was supervriendelijk, beleefd en behulpzaam.
Het à-la-carte ontbijt overtreft je hoogste verwachtingen. Zeer uitgebreid aanbod. Perfect versbereid à la minute.
Kamers zijn voorzien van alle mogelijke luxe en extra's, in badkamer bv. scheerset, tandenborstelset, haardroger en stijltang, heerlijke badproducten, slippers en badjassen, ... In de kamer rijkelijk aanbod aan snacks bv. chips, amandelen, frambozen in chocolade, chocoladerepen,... Alles van dranken in minibar, koffie/thee/water gratis.
Zwembad is heerlijk. In 1 woord: TOP!!!

Cons:

Door technisch iets was het zwembad 1 dag gesloten, gelukkig volgende dag wel geopend dus prima.

We stayed there for four incredible nights. The hotel itself is fantastic, from the decor to the amenities and definitely to the food. But most of all was the staff. The experiences with your staff was beyond compare. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful and personable. It is that serial, in my experience is what makes or breaks a stay. You went above and beyond and for that I am thankful. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who is visiting. Madrid.

Probably the best hotel we stayed in on our trip around Europe
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel. Great room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Lovely bar and restaurant, a small, pretty pool area but fine for cooling off after a hot day sightseeing. Staff were delightful.
