A fantastic stay in every respect—highly recommended
Pros:

Stayed here from 13–16 April with my two teenage daughters and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—within walking distance of all the main attractions. Our Superior Suite was stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped. The staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a generous and very high-quality selection. A fantastic stay in every respect—highly recommended

Good place to base yourself on a visit to Madrid. Location is close to what you want to visit.

A beautiful hotel but not perfect
Pros:

The hotel is wonderfully located, very convenient to walk to many places but also to the metro.

Our room was large and very comfortable. Great bed. Efficient air con. Very quiet - didn’t hear noise from above etc.

House keeping slightly erratic - for example, the number of towels given varied.,.but it was very clean.

Staff at reception are lovely…v friendly and check in was smooth.

The drinks from the bar are tasty but service patchy. On our first day we literally had to wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Not ok. Some staff definitely better than others.

Breakfast is very delicious but again, too slow. This is stressful if you have a booking somewhere or a flight to catch. Maybe a buffet system would be better?

We did really enjoy our stay - some aspects are fantastic but I don’t think 5 stars can be given when service is so hit and miss.

5 star experience! Would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff is welcoming, the hotel is spotlessly clean and has a very warm ambiance. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. In addition the location can’t be beat!
