Pros:

Location, staff was friendly even though no English is spoken at all. Some staff do not speak Bulgarian either but they try their best.

Cons:

Bad drain smell from the bathrooms. Mattress with metal springs poking out. Rooms are cleaned and towels replaced every 3 or 4 nights. Reception isnt manned even at day time but staff from the restaurant are happy to help.

ALL GUESTS BE ADVISED. This hotel is a complete scam. Just like most businesses they work in the gray economy u Der the table. I received a reservation confirmation after my booking which was expected. Then on the day of my arrival the receptionist calls me and tells me that I do not have a room to sleep for the night because there is a double book9ng error within the system. They actually made me cancell my reservation in order not to be charged and not receiving a room. At least I was not charged but I believe people should know and this business must be removed from booking. They actually take clients who pay cash and even ask clients to cancel afyer 1 night stay and to pay in cash for the rest of their stay because this way the hotel does not pay fees for booking and it saves on VAT taxes. This is where corruption plays its role amd people end up looking for other options in the last minute. If booking.com ever reads reviews they should investigate and remove this business for unethical behavior.
