A disappointing stay that fell short of five-star expectations and did not justify the €250 nightly

It was a nice room.

Cons:

We arrived at 9pm to find that the Sky Bar was closed for a private event, which we had not been told about beforehand. This left us with only one restaurant option. The lifts were so busy with people attending the event that we had to use the stairs.
The restaurant appeared to have only two staff members working, and we experienced a very long wait. Parking was also frustrating, with no clear directions on where hotel guests should park.
At approximately €250 per night, the room fell short of our expectations for a five-star hotel. There were only two small bottles of water, no minibar or fridge, and the view was disappointing. The bathroom had a shower but no bath, and although the bed was large, it consisted of two mattresses.
Overall, the experience did not justify the price or meet the standard we expected from a five-star hotel. I raised these concerns with the manager, who promised to email me, but I have yet to receive any follow-up.
