מיקום נוח שקט ובגלל ששכרנו רכב, אז גם קרוב לכל מקומות הבילוי בעיר. ארוחת בוקר מכוונת, טרייה!! טעימה ועשירה ובקיצור מצוינת ! חדר מרווח מרפסת ענקית עם נוף מקסים לים , מעליות מהירות, צוות אדיב ושרותי. חנייה נוחה בשפע מתחת למלון. בריכה מפנקת כולל מיטות שיזוף נוחות ובר משקאות מגוון עם שרות למיטת השיזוף . טלויזיה גדולה עם מגוון ערוצים. ספא עיסוי טוב נעים (לא זול) צוות בסדר ( היו לנו עיסויים טובים יותר) אבל נעים ומשחרר.
שתי מיטות גדולות כשלא הזמנתי, מרפסת ענקית ריקה ללא מיטות שיזוף או ריהוט אחר רק עם 2 כיסאות פלסטיק ושולחן קטן (פינת עישון) , זגוגיות המרפסת מלוכלכות ומקשות ליהנות מהנוף המקסים לים, שקעי usb לא פעלו, צוות ניקיון החדר פעמיים לא רוקן פחים, לא השאיר מגבת לרצפת האמבט ולא חידש מגבות פנים. חלונות החוץ של המלון מלוכלכים מאוד וסתם תחושה לא נעימה כשיוצאים, בלילה הראשון ביקשנו כוס חלב לחדר, אמרו שמייד שולחים ולא שלחו בכלל, כבל הטלפון של החדר מסולסל מתחת לשידת המיטה ויוצא החוצה עד כי ניתן ליפול בגללו, אין חלוקים בחדר רק נעלי בית, אין מעמד למזוודה ולדעתנו כדאי לשפר את עוצמת התאורה בחדר.

I regularly go to the Oroklini Radisson hotel in Cyprus throughout the year because not only do we like the excellent coffees and pastries, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, particularly a young woman (I believe her name is Christina) and the young man who often is on duty with her.

I booked two rooms both rooms had many negatives for a hotel with a 5 star rating and using the radisson name
The toilet door was hanging off its hinges , the shower hose attachment was broken and kept losing pressure , there was no heated towel rail so bath towels were always wet, the bathroom lighting was non existent.
The curtains didn't close properly so light was always coming through
The front door look keep was broken and door was not closing safely until i reported it
Staff cleaning the rooms were rude
Language was a huge barrier especially with cleaning staff maybe that why they were rude
I will definitely not stay again in this hotel i stayed in this hotel when it first open in their panoramic suites and even then things were bad but i decided to give them another chance as they had just opened the hotel at the time but I can definitely say its got worst

In 20 years of travel, 72 countries, countless hotels, hostels, Airbnbs etc. I have never, ever experienced what I did at this hotel upon arrival. Originally I booked a room for just myself. Around a week prior to my stay I contacted the hotel to ask if I could upgrade to a room with 3 people (I was not able to change it myself on the app.) The staff replied that I could upgrade and asked which room. I literally clarified stating the room type and for 3 adults. I was sent a payment link to my email and paid immediately for the upgrade.
Upon check in the apparent “manager” stated I had only upgraded the room but not paid for the extra 2 people. I explained the whole interaction by email and she admitted it was her I emailed but that I should still pay for 2 people which is obviously a mistake made by her and not my issue. I had been quoted & paid an upgrade I clearly requested for 3 adults. I told her this was not my fault and that I had paid as requested. This woman immediately became irate.. like the shortest fuse I’ve ever seen in my life. My friends and all other staff stood there shocked. She told me I was wrong, talked over me, rolled her eyes, I can’t even remember exact wording but I asked to speak to someone above her as she was out of control. While she was gone the other staff were apologizing on her behalf and said they were shocked at her behaviour also.
She then proceeded to storm across the lobby while shouting at me, to go and fetch her manager. Other guests were now staring. Her manager came back in with her and when I tried to explain the situation to him she kept talking loudly and rudely over me, I couldn’t even get one word in. I told her to stop speaking and pleaded with her manager to get her away from me or to stop talking. He had zero control over her despite being her senior. Instead of removing her he asked me to proceed to a lounge area to sit and tell him what happened.
The staff was always nice and smiling and kind.everything was excellent!!Many thks to all the staff for the great experience 🙂

Nothing - I had submitted a request to have a lower floor - the hotel never answered - why because the bedrooms don’t start until 6th floor
Everything - it’s was an impersonal tower - surrounding by ugly unfinished concrete buildings, near to nothing -
