Hotel probable good for winter or business but not good for summer holidays

Cons:

Location hotel is far from the beach.
Cleaning is sometimes done in the afternoon not comfortable as you cannot take a proper nap
they did not accept to give room until person who paid by card arrived
pool has no depth so not comfortable to swim

Jak zawsze w Radissonie nie można narzekać na śniadanie. Bardzo duży wybór, sporo świeżych owoców i lokalnych specjałów. Świeże soki wyciskane z owoców, nie z kartonu.
Bardzo duży pokój i łazienka. Czystość oceniam na 9/10. Na koniec czerwca nie było problemu z leżakami na basenie. Basen zadbany, czysty. Wielkość basenu pozwala na swobodne pływanie. Na miejscu bar. Ceny przystępne. Sprawny i szybki check-in, jeszcze szybszy check-out. Obsługa miła.

Cons:

Bardzo duży taras, ale bez żadnej aranżacji. Nie zachęcał do przesiadywania.
Pokój w widokiem na morze...raczej na port. Do centrum można dojść pieszo jakieś 15 minut. Obok hotelu postój taksówek, polecam, ponieważ Bolt mimo zamówienia kursu na lotnisko nie pojawił się.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu in a luxury suite for three nights and paid almost €800. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of this level.

First of all, I was disappointed with the welcome. Since I do not speak English well, I expected at least some basic assistance. Instead, I was simply left on my own. No one explained where my room was, which floor it was on, or how to get there. For a premium hotel, this level of service was very disappointing.

Secondly, housekeeping was poor. Our room was not cleaned for two days. On the first day, a housekeeper came while my wife and I were still in the room. We politely asked her to return in about 20 minutes after we left, but she never came back. As a result, our trash remained in the room for two days.

Another issue was the bathroom. There was no air freshener in the toilet, which made it very unpleasant. I went to the main reception on the fifth floor and politely asked if this could be resolved, but my request was simply ignored.

Finally, the shower was uncomfortable to use. The shower hose was made of very stiff rubber, making it difficult and inconvenient to use.

Overall, I expected much better service from a Radisson Blu, especially considering the price I paid for a luxury suite. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations.

Excellent but
Pros:

Cleaning and polite stuff, when i needed help fast service

Cons:

Is not that i don't like the plug on the windows side was broken, also i have a suggestion for an extra comfort you can put oral kits (toothpaste & toothbrush)
And i ask for extra comfort layer of bed and i think we had a misunderstanding but ok

מלון באמת מדהים!! אחרי שראיתי את המלונות שנמצאים ממש על קו החוף, הייתי מרוצה מאוד מהבחירה בו. רחוק קצת אבל לגמרי הבחירה

הצוות מאוד אדיב, מה שביקשנו מיד קיבלנו לחדר.
ביקשנו לעזוב שעתיים אחרי, לא ניתקלנו בהתנגדות, במקום נקי!!! מאוד! האוכל טעים, בעיקר במסעדות של המלון.

Cons:

המיקום קצת מבאס. צריך להתנייד עם מונית לכל מקום (קחו בחשבון שהנהיגה בצד שמאל, לפני שאתם ממהרים לשכור רכב) אבל המלון שווה את המרחק, וגם זה עניין של כמה דק נסיעה מהמרכז של לרנקה.. אבל עדיין צריך לחשב את ההוצאה על מוניות)
