Hotel in good location but hotel facilities are limited. Staff great & respond to issues immediately & resolve.
Pros:

Location was good & staff very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Bed was extremely hard as well as the pillows. Advised the desk who promptly added memory foam bedding & provided soft pillows which was great. Hotel cooling system not normal air conditioning & cools without air, unfortunately found warm at night. Hotel does lack facilities like laundry, ice machines, vending machines etc.

最高のスタッフの方々そ
Pros:

スタッフの方々が明るく、対応が丁寧でお客様一人一人をちゃんと把握してると思いました。健康ということに重きをおいていて、清潔です。ホテルに一歩入った時から安心感につつまれます。

Cons:

特にありません。景色を期待してたわけではないので悪くても気になりません。

以日本飯店來說房間超大，兩個29吋行李箱全開也完全不影響動線。房間有玄關、浴缸，地點剛好在兩條地鐵路線中間。

距離地鐵站非常近，走路只需要五分鐘。附近還有堂吉訶德可以逛很晚再回家。空間算大可以打開兩個28寸行李箱，下次來福岡還會想要入住

工作人員親切有禮，且提供我們入住前/後當天的寄放行李

Cons:

冰箱不夠冰，且房內沒有微波爐有點小不方便，但是詢問櫃檯人員可以麻煩他們幫忙冰在較冷的冰箱

Loved this hotel!
Pros:

Had a great stay at Hotel Great Morning!
The staff service was great, hotel was clean, lots of amenities provided/can be taken at the reception area, and it was near the subway. Room was also really spacious, so you can comfortably open your luggage.

Cons:

Like the other reviews mentioned, the bed was really hard.

驚為天人
Pros:

櫃檯人員非常有禮貌，積極協助我們在福岡旅遊所遇到的問題，包括最困難的電話預約/取消，最後要去機場還靠櫃檯幫忙叫到大台的計程車，還省了一筆 GO 的大車額外附加費，還有 APP 使用費，超棒的！

Lovely eco design hotel
Pros:

Lovely eco hotel with cool design within the rooms and elsewhere. Staff were lovely and very polite. Japanese breakfast delivered to your room was a highlight and really tasty food. We used the laundry service which was really good! Great location for exploring Fukuoka, which we loved.
