Overall happy with the stay.
Pros:

I like the location of the hotel. The bathroom and shower room being outside is definitely a bit inconvenient and not private. Otherwise, good value given the convenient locations. A bit noisy since there are a few popular restaurant and bar just downstairs.

Cons:

Para ingresar hay que bajar una app que no funciona con los teléfonos de Argentina, razón por la que nos dieron 1 sola llave. Me cansé de solicitar otra y dieron de terror para solucionar el problema. Horrible. No vayan

We love to stay here when going to the Orpheum or the ballet.
Pros:

The location is perfect for us. The room and building are beautifully maintained old SanFrancisco. Everything was clean and easy to use.

Cons:

Sometime the key didn’t work. However, someone would come in about 10 minutes or less to remedy the situation.

Pros:

Location. Must understand your auto confirmation access routes on phone or laptop computer: it's that modern. Stairs.Classic; tiny single hall bathroom. Delightful grace & style.Quiet.Human SF ideals.Know your walk route 2 save feet to 2 blocks each.

I LOVE this hotel! We stay here everytime we come up to the city!
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean accommodations super friendly staff. Thank you for the availabiity to check in a little early! I loved the window overlooking Gough st . and being able to open it to enjoy the fresh air and the lively neighborhood.

Cons:

Honestly I have nothing to comment here! We had more street noise during this stay since our room was on the street side this time but it didn't bother me since it dies down for teh most part by midnite.
