Tolles Hotel, unbedingt zu Empfehlen
Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum, sehr tolle Innenarchitektur

Cons:

Offenbar durfte man mit dem Auto nicht bis zum Hotel fahren, um Auszuladen (so die telefonische Auskunft im Hotel) obwohl andere mit dem Auto schon vorgefahren sind.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, daß man vorm Hotel zum Einchecken bzw. Auschecken nicht kurzfristig Parken darf.

Great boutique hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, large and cozy room. The bed is comfy and they hand you a bag with towels for the pool.
Staff is great and helpful. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
I would come here again.
Breakfast has good quality products..

Cons:

The pool towels could use a change, I think they have outworn their time.
Very few spots in the pool, 4 loungers and 2 chairs.

Krom nefunkční klimatizace nemáme námitek

V hotelu jsme s kolegyněmi již byly a vrátily jsme se kvůli poloze hotelu a servisu

Cons:

Nelíbilo se mi, že se prodává pobyt v 5.patře, ač všechen personál potvrdil, že tam zlobí klimatizace, nám bez přestání studeně foukala, nešla vypnout, nastavit, kolegyním vedle nechladila a vedle pokoji prokapávala, byly 40stupňová vedra a pro nás to bylo hodně nekomfortní , překvapilo nás i nečisto na chodbách

Für einen Kurztrip nach Karlsbad das perfekte Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück war ansprechend und alles was man für ein sehr gutes Frühstück benötigt stand zur Verfügung. Wir hatten ein Apartement auf der zweiten Etage mit direkten Zugang zum Wellnessbereich. Das Zimmer bestand aus zwei Räumen und einem Badezimmer, leider keine Dusche. Die Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone war optimal, es gab allerdings keinen Balkon. Einrichtung edel und mit besonderem Händchen bei den Dekorationen.

Cons:

Ebenerdige Dusche fehlt in den Apartements.
Das Besteck beim Frühstück speziell das Messer elegantes und außergewöhliches Design, aber gewöhnungsbedürftig unpraktisch. Hier folgt der Zweck dem Design.

Unexpected find
Pros:

Welcoming stuff. Great location. Style of hotel. Pool and other facilities. Pretty good breakfast with two types of fresh juice.
