الغرف كانت كبيرة حجزنا غرفة وصالة والغرفة مودرن حق اللي يحب هالاستايل …. عندهم مكان حق سونا وحوض سباحة يفتح من الصبح إلى الساعة 8 مساءا وايضاً عندهم مركز لاسترخاء عملنا مساج لجسم و فيشل لوجه تقريبا ب 6500 كورونا هذا السعر للشخصين يعني مال 1100 درهم لكن يستخدمون منتجات فرنسية وإيطالية وايضاً تحت الفندق بالضبط مطعم إيطالي أكله من الآخر انصح فيه وبشده ونسيت أخبركم الموظفين مبتسمين وبشوشين. وبعد شي نقطة حابه أذكرها إذا بغيت سيارة لتوصلك لين براغ مالي داعي تحجز من اوبر تطلع من الفندق بتحصل سيارات أتوصل لين براغ ومرخصين وكان السعر أرخص خذ عنا 2000 كورونا يعني مال 350 درهم .

الاشياء اللي ما حبيتها في الفندق اول شي الفوط قديمة ومستهلكة والنت ما كان سريع وحصلت أشياء وصخه تحت الكنبه يعني ما ينظفون عدل وبعد الحمام ما في شطاف والغرفة فيها مكيف واحد صغير ما بيرد المكان عدل وطبعا ما عندهم ماي في الغرفة لازم روحك اتروح تشتري ماي ويوم توصل المكان اول مرة لازم انت تسحب الشنط لين الفندق لانه السيارات ما ادش هناك في جسر صغير يوصلك لين الفندق بس على فكرة مب وايد بعيد .

Vorsicht! Pickpockers in rooms!

Von unseren gebuchten drei Zimmern wurde in zwei Zimmern Geld gestohlen
(250€). Das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter und der Hoteldirektion gestaltete sich als sehr unprofessionell. Trotzdem die Polizei zugegen war und die Videoaufnahmen überwacht hat, stellte man uns ein bisschen wie Lügner dar. Auf den Videoaufzeichnungen war eindeutig zu sehen, dass zwei der Zimmermädchen in unseren Zimmern waren, obwohl sie dort nichts zu suchen hatten. Es war genau die Zeit zwischen Frühstück und unserer Abreise.
Wir sind total enttäuscht und unser schöner Aufenthalt in Karlsbad wurde deshalb zunichte gemacht.
Das gestohlene Geld bekamen wir von der Unterkunft wieder; allerdings keine Worte der Entschuldigung oder einer Geste der Entschädigung. So geht man NICHT mit Gästen um…

Good hotel for a night or two.
Pros:

The boutique hotel is very clean. Located in the very center of Karlovy Vary.
Comfortable beds.
Good SPA (although saunas start working later than the pool, so we didn't visit saunas).
Breakfast was excellent! Thank you!

Cons:

We asked a quiet room with a balcony, and we got one. However, the balcony was tiny and it viewed an unpleasant wall, so it didn't cause us to want to use it.
Also please take into consideration that it's impossible to get to the hotel by taxi - you should walk a bit.

Perfekte Lage und absolut empfehlenswert!
Das Hotel Corso in Karlsbad überzeugt vor allem durch die tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt – wirklich beeindruckend. Die Lage ist top und man erreicht vieles bequem zu Fuß.

Es gibt einen Parkplatz, den man vorab reservieren kann. Dieser befindet sich direkt gegenüber auf der Straße. Mit 20 € pro Tag zwar nicht günstig und oft recht voll, allerdings sind Parkplätze in der Umgebung generell schwer zu finden – daher definitiv sinnvoll.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ebenso der Poolbereich, der wirklich gepflegt und angenehm war. Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung und bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Klimaanlage scheint zentral je nach Wetterlage gesteuert zu werden und konnte nicht individuell eingeschaltet werden. Dadurch wurde es zeitweise etwas warm im Zimmer.

Abgesehen davon ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt mit super Lage, schöner Aussicht und gepflegtem Ambiente. Besonders die Aussicht vom Hotel auf die Stadt war ein echtes Highlight. Wer Karlsbad entspannt genießen möchte, ist hier definitiv gut aufgehoben. Gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlen für alle die, die mal ein Wochenende entspannen und flanieren wollen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Spa-Bereich, Zimmer und Lage waren spitze.

Ein modernes schönes Hotel. Macht einen guten Eindruck.. Gutes Bett (Boxspringbett). Gute Check Out Zeiten

Cons:

Ein wirklicher Kritikpunkt sind die Kopfkissen. Zu hoch und zu hart. Verspannungen sind aufgetreten. Aussicht ist eher Bescheiden. Frühstück etwas zu teuer. Kein Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage war nicht einstellbar.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das Personal am zweiten Tag am Empfang sprach kaum Englisch und saß gelangweilt rum, sie war wenig hilfsbereit.
Keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe!
