My go-to for this location
Pros:

This is my third time staying here as it is really handy for Borough station. I can always rely on this property to feel like I've got my very own space and the bed is exceptionally comfy.

Cons:

TV in the room was glitchy and broken - just a minor issue

Clean perfect location and convenient
Pros:

It was in the perfect location. So clean and fresh and being able to open the room door with the phone super convenient. The ear plugs were a nice touch if it was noisy but didn’t find it to be. Realised on day two we had a bathroom in the room which was perfect as I was there with my child so she could safely go to the bathroom alone

Amazing place, great location - would consider checking in again.
Pros:

Great location! Very comfortable and overall pretty nice place.

Cons:

Not the cleanest place we’ve been to. The carpet was stained and so was one of the towels provided.

Sencillo pero práctico
Pros:

Todo muy bien desde que entramos hasta que salimos. Camas muy cómodas y habitación amplia y limpia. A pesar de no ver al personal, cuando tuve una duda en seguida me respondieron al whatsapp. A 30 min andando de la Torre de Londres y del Big Ben, muy buena ubicación al lado del metro y de varias lineas de autobús.

Cons:

Por poner una pega, hay moqueta en toda la habitación, aunque entiendo también que los suelos son de madera y así evitas molestar a los de abajo. No hay ascensor, pero de eso ya avisan.

A good stay. I will return to The Borough again!
Pros:

Great location, clean room, decent size for London & good value

Cons:

The check in process took me a little while to understand. The shower door was broken and the room was very hot. The plug in air conditioning unit was pointless and not cold. I slept with the windows open but it was very noisy from construction noises.
