The cost for what you get was high
Great location right next to borough underground. A fan was already running in the room on my arrival, helping it to be relatively cool.
Was still on the warm side, but no more so than my own home during the heatwave we've had
I liked the location and how kind the workers were.
No elevator, room was a little dirty.

Literally nothing
I walked into my room (after having a horrible time with the door entry system). It was like a bedsit. Dirty. Horrible. Nothing at all like the photos on booking.com. I didn't even feel safe, let alone comfortable. I immediately left and booked somewhere else to stay.
It’s really cozy and surprisingly clean. Very good location, just a few steps from Borough market.
It’s has a window that opens, nice shower gel, shampoo, soap and body balm. There’s a hairdryer as well. All you need for a couple of nights.
Very steep staircase and ugly corridors. But the room itself makes up for the stairs and corridor floors.
During the extreme heat wave it was really hot with no airco. However there’s a good fan in the room that made the nights bearable.
The location of the property was fantastic very clean on entrance and check-in staff very helpful and friendly talk to me through everything and advise that there was bottles of water that are in the fridge under the stairs that were complimentary nice little touch
I didn’t dislike anything about the property if I wanted to be picky due to the very high temperatures this fan that was putting in the room wasn’t really strong enough so could do with a stronger fan due to the very high temperature temperatures

The location was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. We were at the top floor so it was a bit difficult for us with our luggage. They offered to come in early the next day to take our luggage down. Our neighbor helped us so we didn't need their assistance.
Would have liked to have a lower floor.
Easy access, easy to check in and out, clean and they care about the customer, with complementary water due to hot weather.
