Pros:

プール付きなのに格安
夜21時までプールに入れた
セブンイレブンが近くにあった
コインランドリーが近くにあった
水を人数分置いてくれた
ベッドが大きかった

Cons:

駅から徒歩15分くらいで、少し遠い
部屋の張り紙に罰金の項目があり(鍵の紛失やシーツの汚れなど)宿泊代金より高い罰金もあった

Location was okay. Neighbourhood was peaceful.

Cons:

Service quality & facilities poor. TV did not work at all. No wifi for more than 24 hrs. Bed linen torn, bathroom hand shower broken. Room curtains dirty & had stains. No electric kettle & hair dryer provided. Room service only available from 2-6 pm (odd hours). Soap dispenser near wash basin empty. Staff response poor.
