Nos cambiaron de hotel a última hora. El hotel a donde nos enviaron era bastante antiguo, no teníamos la comodidad que esperábamos. Además pretendían que vaya hasta Hotel Paraíso a tomar desayuno porque no habían coordinado con el nuevo hotel.
Fuera de ello, el personal del Hotel Gran Bolívar fue muy amable.

El desayuno habia variedad, para el precio esta bien, la atenciòn del equipo siempre fue muy amable y confiable porque mi sobrina habia dejado olvido su celular y su shampoo y fue entregado sin ningun percanse.
Que el primer dia solo dejaron 1 toalla en la habitaciòn cuando eramos 3 personas pero lo regularizaron en ese momento.

No me gusto, que faltara toallas en la habitación. Que me hayan cobrado mas de lo que me aparecía en booking. Y en la habitación había un ruido raro en la noche como si fuera un motor

El hotel está cerca del centro de la ciudad. La recepción es amplia, con sillones para descansar. En la planta baja está el restaurante, que es donde se desayuna. El personal de recepción es amable y el checking fue rápido. El ascensor es amplio. La habitación que me tocó es grande, con dos camas de dos plazas. Todo estaba limpio. Nos plancharon dos camisas en 15 minutos. Es bueno este servicio de planchado.
El colchón es blando, aunque a otras personas les podría gustar. La calidad de las toallas podría mejorar, son ásperas. La presión del agua caliente es justa y tarda algo en llegar. Las amenities del baño también podrían ser de mejor calidad. Cuando bajamos a desayunar se habían acabado la leche y el pan... Los pedí pero no los repusieron... El zumo del desayuno es pésimo,

El desayuno me encanto por su variedad y porque habían humitas. La atención excelente del personal, súper amables y atentos con las solicitudes. La ubicación excelente.
