KATASTROPHE NO SERVICE nichts wie GEBUCHT.
Pros:

Leider sehr schlecht, angekommen weder eine Reception noch jemand der etwas wusste. Danach haben wir angerufen und es kam jemand der meinte, im AVALON Hotel wo gebucht wurde, sei kein Platz mehr übrig. Wir sollten für 3 Tage bei den Sunny Apartments unterkommen und danach in ein 3. Hotel. UNGLAUBLICH. Dies haben wir nicht akzeptiert, so wurde rum telefoniert und wir sollten mit A.Barabas zu einem weiterentfernten Hotel fahren. HOTEL BREEZE. Da konnten wir dann unterkommen für die 7 Tage. Leider ohne Internet und viel weiter vom Strand entfernt wie gebucht. Bettwäsche gab es auch nicht genügend, so musste ich mit dem CEO A. Barabas herum fahren und Kissen und Bettwäsche organisieren. Er arbeite mit EXPEDIA und nicht mit HOTELS.COM.(jedenfalls hatte ich das Gefühl er hat einfach alle Anfragen zugesagt ohne abzuchecken ob es Plätze gibt für alle)
1 TAG verloren obwohl alles vor 3 Monaten gebucht und von HOTELS.COM FIX zugesagt und bestätigt wurde. Ich habe alles nur mitgemacht weil ich Kind und Familie dabei hatte, sonst hätte ich sofort mein Geld zurück verlangt und selbst gesucht. >HOTELS.COM sie haben meine EMAIL, ich bitte um Kontaktaufnahme und Lösungsvorschlag, dies war weder Service noch kundenorientierte Denkweise. Somit kann ich das HOTEL AVALON nicht bewerten, eine Reception gibt es aber nicht. Läuft danach alles über einen Code um in das Gebäude zu gelanden. Fazit: Obwohl gebucht und zugesagt, nichts geklappt oder wie versprochen eingehalten.
