personale gentilissimo e disponibile, bella stanza e favours, peccato non aver avuto il tempo di usufruire delle terme e del servizio gratuito di soba, mi piacerebbe molto tornarci!!!

Cons:

Lo scarico della vasca era un po' lento, e il letto un po' corto per la mia altezza (sono 1.78), ma tutto il resto perfetto!

Decent hotel espically attractive if you are staying because of the proximity to the Shinkansen.
Pros:

Close to Shinkansen and nice with complementary soba.

Superb location and very clean
Pros:

Fantastic location. Only a dory walk to the train station. Restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very traditional which was delicious.

少し自身の評価が下がった
Cons:

朝食会場は6:30からとなっているのに時間過ぎても開けず、スタッフは挨拶もお待たせしましたの言葉もない。天ぷらが用意出来たのはオープンから15分ほど経過した頃。混雑が予想されると説明があったので早めに行ったのにこれでは食べれない人も出る。ホテル自体は良いのにスタッフが残念。

Great stay!
Pros:

Location was great, very close to subway, a kombini and restaurants. Onsen is tattoo-friendly. They have massage chairs also. They serve noodles at night, they are delicious.

Cons:

Paid laundry machines, but separated in the onsen dressing rooms. Not a lot of space for luggage in the room or toiletries around the sink area.

Pros:

お風呂が良かった。

Cons:

室内風呂のカーテンが雑菌臭していて不快だった。
駅からの道のりがわからず電話して聞いたが全く反対方向を告げられて一時間歩き回った。しんどかった。
