A great place to stay to experience Japan.
Pros:

Everything was clean, staff were friendly and you get such a good experience with the baths and breakfast as well as late night soba.
The location was great too, very close to the station and a convenience store/ a couple restaurants nearby.

Pros:

大浴場がとても良かったです
洗い場は少なかったけど、浴槽は2つあって
ゆっくりできました

Cons:

少し壁が薄いようでした。
声は聞こえなかったけど、隣の人が壁にぶつかるとドンと衝撃がありました。
背中合わせだったのかな？

Very good “staging” hotel for flying into and out of KIX. and
Pros:

Close to Shin-Osaka station. Very nice breakfast buffet, delicious coffee! Good sized rooms (by Japan standards). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Weekend night prices were higher than weeknight.
