The hotel is generally a nice place to stay, it's affordable, and the spa was really nice ☺️☺️

Cons:

The bathrooms don't drain water away so after showering, water pools on the floor until housekeeping comes through the following day. It's quite uncomfortable.

Pros:

The staff were lovely, and it was nice and clean. The pool was wonderful, and the breakfast was really delicious.

Cons:

The food was far too expensive given the quality. I really dislike it when the restaurant manager scolds the staff while guests are present; it is embarrassing for the employees and for us guests.

Lovely Staff
Pros:

Very lovely staff. I really appreciated their kindness. We received and upgrade. It was my girlfriend‘s birthday and the timing couldn‘t be better.

Cons:

The parking slots should be favoured for hotel guests and not for seminar participants. It shouldn‘t even be a topic for hotel guests.

Absolutely amazing. Food was great too.

The staff was amazing even upgraded us to a better after i requested for it last minute. Robinah was amazing!!

Awesome experience and worth the value
Pros:

Greenery, rustic feel, ambiance and cleanliness. Peaceful and good place to rest

Cons:

Residence in the block need a lift. Carriage of bags upstairs can be a tall order.

Internet isn’t stable and frequent power cuts during the day - both can be solved with right Internet service provider or investment in more resources to make internet stable plus a generator stable enough to prevent the power cuts.

Bathroom doors need a work around- tight getting into the lavatory space

Отель в отличном месте. С уютными но небо не большими комнатами
Pros:

В отеле есть сауна и хамам. Хорошее кухня на завтрак.

Cons:

В первый раз при попытке заселиться меня селили в номер в подвале другой хуже категории мотивирует тем что я пришёл позже на 02:00 у них все номера заняты. Второй раз когда за букинировал отель на ресепшене стоят не очень сообразительный и не желающие никак помочь люди.
