Keine Rezeption. Zimmer komplett über das Smartphone steuerbar (Tür, Vorhang, Licht, Fernseher, Klima). Cooles Konzept das für mich funktioniert. Alles sehr neu und sauber. Bequemes Bett und Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist in Ordnung. Frühstück lecker und ausreichend. Nachttisch mit integriertem Induktions-Ladefeld fürs Handy. Alles in allem gelungen. Gerne wieder.

Bei der Buchungsbestätigung sollte klar kommuniziert werden, dass man sich auf jeden Fall beim Hotel registrieren muss, um den Buchungscode eingeben zu können.

Cons:

Keine Alternative, wenn man Probleme mit dem Handy hat und man sich nicht vorab beim Hotel registriert hat.

Pros:

Gute Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer waren nicht stornierbar, trotzdem wurde bei außergewöhnlichen Ereignissen eine Lösung gefunden. Das ist nicht überall so.

Einfach ein hervorragendes Hotel im Herzen von Ahaus. Wer echte Digitalisierung erleben will, der erlebt sie dort. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal ist spitze. Hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkomend. Wenn Ahaus dann in diesem Hotel
