Overall, great experience. Will possibly stay here again on our next family trip!
Pros:

Breakfast was a 7.5 out of 10 with relaxing atmosphere made for a nice morning before hitting the road. Kids loved the pool for a swim after a long day. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, 9 out of 10.

Cons:

Not fond of paying for parking in an adjacent public structure.

Very Disappointed for a Hyatt
Pros:

A big disappointment for a Hyatt hotel. I would grade it as follows:
Location - C
Cleanliness
Hotel -C
Room - F
Breakfast - C

Hotel is in need of an update and a good cleaning. Carpets dirty. Bathroom dirty. Room has no USB ports. Beds have extra firm mattresses.

Unless you are a devoted Hyatt Loyalty member I advise you to find another place to stay. I will not stay here again.

Good overall experience!
Pros:

Late checkin was quick and easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of offerings, however the presentation was unappetizing for some. The coffee was good and my stay overall very pleasant.

Cons:

The room was not very clean (urine under the toilet seat), smudges on the mirrors & glass, bottle cap on the floor. Overall the room was not by any means well cleaned. The air conditioning was pretty noisy but I got used to it. The breakfast buffet was off-putting. The berry compote looked incredibly unappetizing and the eggs & potatoes were mostly cold. Overall the arrangement and presentation of food was not appetizing.

Would recommend as a stay in Provo
Pros:

The breakfast was so good - especially the possibility to make a yogurt bowl. The parking was easy and nicely explained upon arrival. The location in downtown.

Will never go back or recommend.
Pros:

I had stayed there before without issue and everything was fine despite parking being frustrating.

Cons:

The manager on duty, not the GM, was extremely rude and refused us service on a following stay over a minor noise complaint for my wife and I sharing a laugh inside our room.
