Overall a good hotel and location to visit the area
Pros:

Perfect location within walking distance of Downtown Provo. Good breakfast

Cons:

Retaurant for dinner was staffed by reception staff (and I syspect food was microwaved and preprepared), but had I been staying more than 1 night there was more than enough alternatives in the immediate area of the hotel

Loved the Hotel but not quite sure what the issue was with the bar eating area.
Pros:

Very nice property . The room was great and nice bar area to sit and relax.

Cons:

We decided to eat dinner there. The clerk that had checked us in took our food order which we thought was strange. No bartender or waiter in the bar area. It took a long time to get the food. My wings were great but my husbands chicken sandwich took longer and was tough and dry. We did mentioned to the gentleman who took our order. I think a hotel of this status should have had a bartender or waiter and/or chef??? Did the hotel clerk make our food???? I think so.

Great modern clean family hotel with amenities.
Pros:

Lovely modern clean full service hotel with an outdoor pool and nice fitness center. Perfect location of a stop on our family vacation to Utah.
