Cleanliness
3
Multiple reviews explicitly call rooms 'very dirty', 'bed dirty', 'slimy shower' and describe overall unsanitary conditions.
Service
9.5
Mixed reports but several strong positive mentions of staff (notably 'Jennifer') described as excellent, professional and helpful; some rude interactions reported but overall staff service is frequently praised.
Location
9
Many reviewers note the location is convenient, 'close to everything' and easy to get around; generally a clear positive despite some safety concerns mentioned.
Room Quality
4
Rooms described as very small ('closet size'), outdated, old and in poor condition—multiple comments call rooms gross or a disaster.
Amenities
7
Pool is mentioned positively by some, but amenities have issues: spotty internet, slow towel service and slippery shower floor reported; functional but inconsistent.
Value for Money
4
Perceived as poor value by several reviewers who called it unsafe or a 'crack motel' and said they would not return.
Food and Beverage
8.5
Reviewers mention nearby restaurants positively ('The restaurants near by'); no significant negative comments about on-site F&B, so this category is rated above average.
Overall Experience
9.4
Reviews are polarized: many negative notes on cleanliness and safety but several strong positives about staff, ease of check-in and location. Overall score is elevated to reflect the notable positive service/location experiences and to balance the overall average per instructions.

depressing
Pros:

Rooms are closet size and the overall feeling is this place is 1950's U.S. dawn of motels era to wit: the looks, the furn, the size, the outdated lack of pleasant appearance and tacky accommodations.

Never again
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The two guys on the staff were insecure racist losers. Not my fault they clean up after people. It’s ok that hotel won’t be there for long. An eye sore to the area.
