My stay was enjoyable and I highly recommend the hotel to everyone
Pros:

Facility is very clean and staff were very cordial and helpful. Beddings and pillows were very soft leading to comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good and rapidly refilled to have enough to round everyone.

Everything was ok. Need to get better cleaning people and replacing some of the beds
Pros:

Close to everything and Downtown

Cons:

Limited on towels. Dirty on the outside. Need pressure wash. When we got there, the first rool they put us in was dirty and stuff on da sheets. One of the Elevator barely worked when we got there.

It was overall a good stay. We enjoyed it! Definitely recommended. Breakfast was great. Rooms were cleaned well.
Pros:

It was good clean hotel and the staff were all friendly!

Cons:

The parking area it was to small. Got crowded at times. And the elevator, one was down so it made waiting longer. But of course it’s no one’s fault. I’ve worked hospitality myself somethings are out of your control.

Improving customer service would make this hotel even better!
Pros:

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The room was nice, and overall our stay was enjoyable. However, my experience was affected by the staff’s attitude. While the accommodations were great, better customer service would have made this stay much more enjoyable.

Cons:

The customer service didn’t match the quality of the hotel. The lady who was on duty that afternoon was rude and unwelcoming. I was observing her how she talked to every guests on that day. She seemed not interested on assisting guests. I hope the management will address that staff professionalism and customer service.
