Trinity at front desk
Pros:

I stay at this hotel very frequently, and Trinity at the front desk is always incredibly welcoming, professional, and accommodating. She consistently greets guests with a warm smile and goes out of her way to be helpful.

Trinity truly knows how to make the guest experience feel comfortable and pleasant. Her positive attitude, kindness, and attention to detail make a noticeable difference every time I stay here. It is rare to come across someone who provides such genuine customer service.

If only everyone had Trinity’s attitude and level of hospitality, every hotel stay would be a great experience.

Las suites son amplias, con cocina completa y bien dotada, baño amplio y con artículos de aseo completos, aseado y confortable. El hotel es muy tranquilo y bien ubicado. El personal es muy servicial y los desayunos son deliciosos y abundantes. La actividad de integración social en las tardes me encantó también…

Cons:

Podrían tener un cobertor más sencillo para el verano y así no tener que bajar tanto la temperatura del cuarto en las noches.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

I visited my daughter, who's a UF student, over spring break, and this was perfect for us. We enjoyed the breakfasts and got a lot of use out of the full kitchen, whether it was making our own meals or eating food we ordered in. Enjoyed the hot tub outside, even though we went there when it was almost closing. We'll have to prepare better next time. One of the appliances kept beeping all night. Called and had someone investigate. We thought it was the microwave, but he had everything unplugged, and we still heard beeping. Turned out it was the dishwasher. Would have been nice to get comped for a rather sleepless night because of that, but I didn't specifically ask for it, so that's probably on me. Still a great, comfy place to stay.

Short stay, celebrating a Graduation
Pros:

Absolutely the BEST Hotel experience ! Friendly Staff ! Super sparkling Clean everything! Rooms, pool, eating area, quiet. It was Amazing !
The Breakfast Buffett was excellent, many choices, and the COFFEE !!! always available was superb ! This chain will be my go to favorite place! Our Suite was perfect for my small Family. One King and one double bed pullout ! plus they are Dog Friendly. Our little Boston Terrier was happy as well.
