Front desk got my name confuse with other guess during booking I ended up having a cheaper room then what I paid for . Did not get any offering or try to apologize for the mistake

Staybridge in Gainesville is Stellar!!
Pros:

Had medical appointments in Gainesville which I dreaded but my stay at Staybridge made it much more bearable. The staff, especially Keri and Marcel (also Lamesha and Trinity) were very accommodating, helpful and went out if their way to answer questions and provide assistance. The breakfast was great and my neice and I appreciated Social Hour - both people I met who managed breakfast and evening events were fantastic!
