Had a good stay here!
Pros:

Lovely and helpful staff, clean rooms, good AC, breakfast available. Quite good location with transport connections and small stores closeby, walking distance to Ueno Park and Station.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small so there isn’t a lot of space to have your suitcases and other things spread out during your stay.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind allgemein nicht sehr gut isoliert. Während unserem Aufenthalt waren nachts respektlose Gäste auf unserem Stock und haben laut im Flur geredet und non-stop an Türen getockt. Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, musste ich immer wieder die Gäste auf ihr Fehlverhalten hinweisen.
Am zweiten Abend stank der ganze Stock nach Zigaretten, welcher ebenfalls in unser Zimmer zog.

Pros:

Very nice stay in UENO, there is a metro 2 mins from the hotel and 10 mins away many many restaurants. The room was clean and new

お得で清潔でした
Pros:

従業員、朝食スタッフ、清掃の人の対応がとても良かったです
部屋も清潔でとても快適でした
あと朝食ビュッフェがどれもとても美味しかったです

Cons:

アンケートを書こうと思ったのですがボールペンがなかったです
