I recommend strongly if you want a local feel and don't mind walking a bit.
Pros:

I loved the location. Right down the road from a giant Seven Eleven and tons of great restaurants. The room was very well packaged, though a bit tight, but it was such high quality that it made it charming and cozy. The staff was amazing and cleaned the rooms so well every day. The water machine in the lobby was appreciated and they handled our luggage delivery very smoothly.

Cons:

It was just a little pricy in comparison to other places. This region was very residential, so you had to walk 10-15 minutes to reach any touristy locations. The hotel was still quite nice, but nothing super special.

Die Lage im entspannten Stadtviertel Ueno, das U-Bahn-technisch bestens vernetzt ist.

Cons:

Die etwas undurchsichtige Preisgestaltung - die erste Nacht war supergünstig, bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt war sie normal, und der Zusatztag, den wir dann noch gebucht haben, war einfach nur teuer.
Außerdem haben wir im hoteleigenen Fahrstuhl gelesen, dass man für die Gepäckaufbewahrung Geld bezahlen muss, und zwar pro Gepäckstück - das ist uns auf unserer gesamten Reise nur einmal untergekommen.

Buona posizione, staff gentile e presente 24h/24. Ottimi servizi, lavatrice e asciugatrice molto buoni.

Cons:

Nella nostra stanza c'era la moquette, che essendo stata lavata, dava un odore un po' acre alla stanza, che è andato via dopo che abbiamo fatto arieggiare per un paio di ore la stanza
