Hi ALEXANDR I AM DISPUTING THIS RESERVATION, WENT TO RECEPTION, TO CHECK IN, WAS TOLD, ITS NOT POSSIBLE, YOU HAVE TO SPEAK TO ALEXANDR??? THE ROOM WAS NOT PART OF THEIRS???? WAS ABRIBTLY DIRECTED TO A LITTLE TINY OFFICE DOWN A DIRT TRACK, NO SIGN OF THIS ALEXANDR, FINALLY MANAGED TO CONVINE A NICE LADY TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. ALEXANDR DIDNT TURN UP BUT A GUY FROM RUSSIA CAME TO MEET ME. WAS QUICKLY MARCHED TO MY ROOM & IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I HAD RESERVED A FAMILY STUDIO, WITH LARGE BALCONY & POOL VIEW, DOUBLE BED, FREE WIFI & FLATSCREEN TV. OF WHICH I HAVE PRINTED OFF. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS BASICALLY A CELL, NO BALCONY, I HAD TO PAY FOR THE WIFI, HAD TO PAY FOR A WRISTBAND JUST TO BE ALLOWED TO SIT AT THE POOL/BAR AREA & ORDER DRINKS OR FOOD. SPENT 48 HOURS JUST SAT IN THE ROOM WITH NO FOOD OR EVEN ALLOWED TO HAVE A DRINK THEN DECIDED TO LEAVE & PAY FOR A DIFFERENT, DECENT HOTEL, WHERE PEOPLE GET TREATED DECENTLY. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. REPORTED IT & MONEY HAD ALREADY BEEN TAKEN & THE TRANSACTION IS NOT EVEN UNDER HOTELS.COM. DODGY DODGY. I DOUBT THEY WILL DISPLAY THIS REVIEW, BUT IVE KEPT A RECORD & PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.
