Cons:

The only thing I was disappointed about was I left 4 items in the bathroom. I realized I left them later in the evening and called the lost and found. They said my items were not turned in by housekeeping.

Exceeded expectations - easy, quick stay!
Pros:

It was clean and just what was needed for the evening. The accommodations for a dog was great and very reasonably priced. The front desk was friendly - even at 2am when we arrived!

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was to my expectations (actually exceeded my expectations).

We will always book this property for future trips to Boise.
Pros:

Arrived at midnight due to flight change. Two guys at check-in were unbelievably helpful and kind!! All of the staff at this property were exemplary ... super friendly. Additionally, the size of our room and large bathroom were wonderful.

Said it all.
Pros:

Breakfast was meager. Sandwich ham and scrambled eggs with a few other items. Called to get info on how to get more channels on TV. Clerk said that he was new and would contact the manager. No help there. The tv channel accessibility sucks. Need to simplify it. Finally found more on my own. But it wasn't easy. Thank you for asking. We come north and back twice a year and usually stay at the same hotels. Changed it up do to pricing. But we won't be back.

Will stay again
Pros:

Even though it's near the airport, our room was quiet. We appreciated the many exterior entrances so that we didn't have to go through the lobby. Breakfast was very good.
