Dated hotel, but still a good stay with fabulous breakfdast.
Pros:

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable (despite initial impressions). We had a good night's sleep as a result as helped by the good blackout curtains. Although a bit shabby looking, the room and bathroom were all clean.
The hotel has loads of parking and has a good bar on site.
The cooked breakfast was superb (probably the best on our trip round Scotland) and cooked to order. The rest of the buffet was limited. We also ate there twice in the evenings and the food was also good.
Hotel is an easy 2.5 mile drive to the centre, but as we had a car, that wasn't much of an issue.

Cons:

Room was fairly basic, a little shabby and a bit tired. We were there is a warm summer and it has no air conditioning but after a little experimentation we found we could open the window a reasonable amount, so could cool the room down - especially in the evenings.
If you need anything other than a USB charger cable near the bed, then bring an extension lead (which I fortunately had) as there are no sockets by the bed - just USB sockets in the bedside lamps.

Pros:

The owner and the staff was friendly and accommodating and the Scottish breakfast was excellent and loads of choice the breakfasts and tea was freshly made and the room was nice and comfortable and surrounding areas was picture perfect we will go back next year.

Cons:

Nothing was out of order it was the perfect holiday.

Basic hotel, good stay at reasonable price
Pros:

Room was clean, enough room for 2 people.
Plenty of hot water, large fluffy towels, shower gel provided.
Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared, piles of tea and toast, delivered with a smile..

Cons:

Only grumble was sound proofing between rooms.
We could hear snoring, coughing from next door, they then woke up at 5am, put the tv on and talked for next 2 hours.

Una noche en el hotel. Todo perfecto.
Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y con todos los servicios, las camas eran cómodas. La atención fue muy buena y el scottish breakfast fantástico y al gusto de cada persona. El personal del hotel muy amable. Una experiencia positiva.

Complessivamente un po' caro considerando la struttura e la posizione. In bagno difficile regolare temperatura della doccia in modo adeguato. Materassi non molto comodi.
