Execellent stay
Pros:

Everything was great. The location, the room and the staff. Also the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The parking was a bit limited as the lot was full.

Super emplacement et bon accueil, mais propreté décevante
Pros:

L'établissement est très bien situé et nous avons pu faire toutes nos activités prévues. Nous étions proche de la plage et les enfants étaient contents. Proche des magasins comme Marshall, Walmart...c'est très pratique. Le matin nous déjeunions à l'hôtel et c'était copieux et bon. Le personnel était très gentils et attentifs. Ils nous aidaient malgré la barrière de la langue

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas propre dans la salle de bain dès le 1er jour. Nous avons fait la remarque à l'accueil cependant personne n'est intervenu. L'avant dernier jour, personne n'est passé faire le ménage. Nous avions des poubelles à jeter.

Pros:

nice shower!

Cons:

The front desk was was not friendly, and the background music was very loud The ice machine was out of order. I have to go to the lower level to get ice. It's very inconvenience for the guest! The lobby area doesn't look clean especially over spilled trashed in the bin

We\n Were told we could park our car there for an additional price and be shuttle to the airport, but when we got there, they told us no, we weren't allowed because we didn't book through the hotel, though, we paid to stay there.

Lo abbiamo scelto per il prezzo, posizione comoda, abbiamo apprezzato il supermercato di fronte. Il quartiere è sicuro e tranquillo

Cons:

Fare pagare 25 dollari al giorno per il parcheggio lo abbiamo trovato davvero eccessivo. All'arrivo il divano letto ce lo siamo dovuti fare noi. Non abbiamo trovato la camera particolarmente accogliente

Pros:

Buena distribución de la pieza, diseño moderno y acogedor.

Cons:

No funcionaba la luz del espejo del baño
El agua se salía de la ducha al bañarse mojando bastante el piso
Tuvimos un problema con la fecha de la reserva y no se nos dió ningún apoyo para solucionarlo y tuvimos que pagar nuevamente por la estadía.
El internet era muy lento

Great stay, impeccable cleanliness.
Pros:

Great facilities. The hotel is new, the pool area is amazing, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

I think the parking fee is unfair, given that the car is left uncovered and the lot is accessible to anyone. Parking should be included in the daily rate.

Der Pool war schön.

Cons:

Für ein Courtyard-Hotel leider enttäuschend. Äußerst unbequeme Betten. Unser Sohn hat auf der Schlafcouch geschlafen, den haben die Federn in den Rücken gestochen. Frühstück völlig unprofessionell. Nach der ersten Nacht war beim Starbucks im Hotel alles inklusive, nach der zweiten Nacht sollte fast alles extra kosten (gebucht mit Frühstück). Von unserer Seite aus ganz schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
