STUNNING VIEWS DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE DISTANCE FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY -GREAT SHUTTLE BUS.
Pros:

The view was stunning, the staff lovely, the room a bit disappointing as it was tucked in the corner with no seats for the little terrace. The shuttle bus was excellent. We requested a Japanese style room which we enjoyed but felt that these must be at the lower end of the price range given what we ended up with.

Cons:

booking a time slot for breakfast and the actual breakfast which provided us with very little that we liked and little substance although the staff were charming. the issue with tattoos in the pool - we read the rules so our son and daughter totally covered up which was unpleasant in the heat and using the gym and sauna; on our final day of misery over this we saw a Japanese couple and an English speaking couple, tattooed and using the facilities just in their swimwear. This did annoy us especially as our son lives and works in Tokyo and tries to respect the rules.

Great stay, Great view
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay with a very welcoming and friendly Services Team.

The room was clean and comfortable to relax, as well as the Club Lounge is a nice Place too.

Also the breakfast options and in-room dining were very delicious.

Uitstekend hotel op een prachtige locatie
Pros:

Uitstekende ontbijtopties, geweldige kamers, prachtig uitzicht, fijn zwembad. Alle gemakken die je je maar kunt wensen. En de badkamer met uitzicht was helemaal geweldig.

Cons:

Muggenziften: De shuttle-service naar het station start vrij laat, waardoor wij en anderen op de dag van uitchecken toch een taxi naar het station moesten nemen. Die was er verder zo, maar als je toch zo'n service aanbiedt, doe het dan helemaal goed.

気づけば何一つストレスを感じていない、快適に満たされる理想的なホテルステイでした。

今回、結婚式への出席にあわせて宿泊させていただきました。

予約はROH（お部屋おまかせ）だったため、スタンダードのお部屋を想定していましたが、まさかのタワースイートをご用意いただき、とても嬉しい滞在になりました。

お部屋は、建具や部材ひとつひとつにしっかりとした高級感があり、色味や空間の統一感も素晴らしく、入った瞬間から自然と気持ちが落ち着くような空間でした。滞在中は騒音なども全くなく、本当にゆっくり休むことができました。

チェックイン時の案内も非常に印象的でした。必要な説明を丁寧に、かつ簡潔にしてくださり、こちらからいくつか質問した際も、一問一答で分かりやすく回答していただけたので、ホテル滞在でありがちな「これはどう利用するんだろう？」「利用時間はどうだったかな？」という小さなストレスが一切ありませんでした。

また、フロントへお電話した際も即座に対応してくださり、説明もとても丁寧でした。スタッフの皆さま全員が終始和やかに接してくださり、非常に教育が行き届いているホテルだと感じました。

実は結婚式でかなりお酒を飲み、その後ラウンジでも23時頃まで、さらに部屋でも深夜1時半頃まで飲んでいたので、かなりの深酒かつ睡眠不足だったのですが、不思議なくらい翌朝には完全回復していました。寝具や空間の快適さのおかげかもしれません。

こんなに良い思いをしたことは、家族には内緒にしておきたいくらいです（笑）。次回はぜひ妻と子どもも連れて、家族でゆっくりリフレッシュしに伺いたいと思います。

余談ですが、宿泊されているお客様の雰囲気もとても良く、ホテル全体の上質さを感じる滞在でした。

本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

不満は全くありませんが、強いて言うなら夜テラスに出た時にまだ肌寒く感じる季節でしたので簡単に羽織ることができる館内着があればいいなと感じたくらいです。

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel
