Prachtig complex gelegen op uitzonderlijk mooie plek met uitzicht op de baai.
Pros:

De kwaliteit van het hotel, prachtige architectuur en setting met uitzicht over de baai van Nagasaki. Fijn zwembad en pool house voor ontspanning buiten het stadscentrum. Uitstekend Japans ontbijt.

Cons:

De frequentie van de bussen die pendelen tussen station en hotel.

最高のホテルでした、とてもいい思い出
Pros:

アメリカから息子と里帰りした時に、母も連れて宿泊させていただきました。今までで１番、想像以上の最高のホテルでした。屋外にあるプールは綺麗で、景色も見渡せて癒されました。ジムやサウナ、シャワールームも綺麗でとても楽しめました。クラブラウンジではソファーに座って豪華な夜景を一面に見ながらおつまみやおいしいケーキをいただきました。お部屋のお風呂も夜景を見ながら入りました。朝食も全部おいしかったです。母も息子も楽しんでとても喜んでいました。ココは別世界で、リゾート気分を味わえるとても素敵な場所です。また利用させていただきます。

Cons:

屋外のジャグジーでしたが温度がもっと熱かったら良かったです。中途半端に生ぬるかったので好きじゃありませんでした。屋外だからしょうがないかもしれませんが虫が浮いていました。

若い方向きのホテルかな？
Pros:

スタッフの皆さんが、本当に気持ちの良い対応をしてくださいました。

Cons:

せっかくのロケーションを満喫したく、窓を開けると、虫が入ってくるということで、外の空気を吸えなかった。
　また、フロントの横の大きなガラスも水滴だらけで、なんか残念でした。又、お部屋のお風呂がバスタブ内でお湯を浴びないと、洗面所まて水浸しになり、うーん？と、いうかんじでした。

満足です。
Pros:

立地、眺め、周りの雰囲気、部屋の広いこと、スタッフの対応、みんな期待以上でした。夕暮れから夜景に移り変わる景色を眺めながらの夕食のステーキの味も満足のいくもよでした。
機会があればまた行きたいところです。

素晴らしすぎる休日
Pros:

素晴らしいスタッフと非日常のリゾート感。景色もサービスも朝食も本当に素敵な体験でした。

Cons:

強いて言うならば部屋の設備（フローリング、水回り）古くなっているのを少し感じましたが、掃除は行き届いていたので不快感はありませんでした。

また来たくなるホテルを見つけました
Pros:

お部屋の予約はスタンダードのツインルームでしたが、十分な広さがあり、ベッドもダブルベッドで、お部屋はもとより浴室からの眺望も良く、対岸の長崎の街が綺麗に見えました
特に夜は夜景が本当に綺麗で、日本新三大夜景に選ばれるのも納得でした

調度気候も良く、夜のプールのライトアップ越しの夜景は最高にオシャレで、プールサイドのベッドに横になって軽く飲みながら、とてもラグジュアリーな夜を楽しめました

宿泊棟はいくつかの棟に分かれており、レセプションからお部屋、お部屋からプールやサウナ、BAR、GYMなどのあるクラブハウスまで、スタッフの方がカートで送ってくださいます(といってもそんなに遠くではありません)

食事は夕食も朝食もビュッフェではなく、私たちは夕食は和食のコースをいただきましたが、とても美味しくて、料理長が端正込めて造られたのが伺えました
和食のレストランの他にフレンチのレストランもあるとのこと、次回はそちらにも伺ってみたいと思いました

朝食は4種類から選べました
私たちは和食の御膳にしましたが、その他にも洋食や限定30食の鯛茶漬けなどもありました
それに加え、数種類のアラカルトが何度でも食べ放題で、ドリンクもお酒を含めて飲み放題でした
アラカルトには、ミニステーキやカレー、長崎らしい豚の角煮、サラダやパンケーキなどがあり、朝からとてもお腹いっぱいになりました
クロワッサンを含むパンやピザ、カップケーも食べ放題で、タマゴかけご飯用の生タマゴも何個でもお変わり自由でしたよ

サウナは、乾式のドライサウナとスチームサウナがあり、サウナ上がりには外の水風呂でクールダウンできました
この水風呂が冷たすぎず、心地よい温度に保たれており、横になって外気でクールダウンできるベッドも5～6台置いてあり、サウナをゆっくり無理なく楽しむことができました
スポーツジムやサウナ、プールの利用時間も夜12時までで、夕食の後にゆっくり利用できました

何においても、どちらの部所でもスタッフの皆さんがとても親切でフレンドリーで、「あー、また絶対来よう…」と思えたいいホテルでした

Cons:

ほとんどありませんが、しいて言えば、温泉好きな私は「大浴場」があればいいなぁ…と思いました

Excellent séjour à Nagasaki
Pros:

La chambre avec une vue magnifique sur le jardin et la ville de Nagasaki en contrebas.
