Me gustó la ubicación
El gimnasio es minúsculo, no está al nivel de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El desayuno es correcto pero ni mucho menos excelente como he leído en varios comentarios. Tampoco me parece razonable el coste de alquilar la pista de padel por una hora y media.
Posizione
Palestra piccola, con un solo macchinario presente e rotto, una solo panca e soltanto 4 manubri. Definirla palestra è ridicolo.
Todo es perfecto, la ubicación sobretodo, los desayunos frente a la cala, hotel silencioso… nuestra estancia fue genial.
Formentera+verano= precios excesivos. Es cierto que ya sabes a lo que vas y que la oferta y demanda funciona así, es un pedazo de hotel pero evidentemente el precio está muy inflado.

El hotel perfecto, frente a la cala…un atardecer precioso….desde la recepción todo eran comodidades para nosotros…nos dejaron toallas para piscina y playa…sombrilla…nos dejaron acceso al Spa hasta las 8 de la tarde para ducharnos el día que dejamos el hotel!un detallazo!

The location of the hotel is wonderful - the beach is incredible (not too busy but beautiful white sand and blue waters). It is a little remote so I would suggest renting a bike/car/moped if staying longer than a few nights.
The breakfast was lovely, however there were a few things I was surprised to not be on offer (yoghurt options, chai seeds, coffee options).
The staff specifically on the reception were very helpful with recommendations, booking taxis and rental bikes.
The lunch time menu was great - quality food and lots of variety. Pricey but I think this is expected given the island and hotel rating.
For the price that we paid, I was expecting a much better experience - the overall value for money and experience at the hotel did not match the price paid. There are several reasons for this:
1. There was no atmosphere around the pool - there was no music playing. Whilst I don't expect a party or loud music, some chilled background music should be standard. This blocks out other people's conversations around you and creates a relaxed environment. It is was also very disappointing that no food (or ice cream!!) could be ordered/consumed around the pool.
2. The service of the staff (non-reception staff) was poor - there seemed to be very strict on several matters which meant the customer experience wasn't put first. Examples include having to order drinks several times, not being happy with a signature on a receipt (they wanted printed name), I was chased down the hotel corridor for a drink not paid for (other hotels I have stayed in have just asked for signature on receipts the next time they see you, it doesn't create a big song and dance), we couldn't sit at certain tables at lunchtime (despite being next to the lounge area).
3. From the hotel information page on booking.com, we were under the impression that rental bikes and the padel courts were included in the stay. On arrival, it turned out the rental bikes were actually not provided by the hotel and we had to engage with another company to hire these - this is fine but it should be made more clearly. We were however really disappointed at the price being charged by the hotel for the padel court - this was 50 EUR for one hour, which is absolutely crazy!
4. The room was very disappointing for the price - the size was tiny and décor was dated. I also think it should be standard to have a smart TV in a 5 star hotel these days. The very small ariel TV is pointless?
5. Disappointing for the hotel not to have any beds on the beach.
Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir kommen diesen Herbst wieder!
