I absolutely loved everything about my stay at the Concorde Hotel New York! The location is perfect and incredibly convenient for getting around. My room was wonderful—clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable to relax in.
A special and huge thank you to the reception team, especially Sandy and Jonathan. They were so professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. The service here is top-notch, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the city!

I’m taking this to three star from four. The location remains killer and that’s the primary attraction. But there are too many quirks to justify this as a four-star hotel and certainly not at five. The problems include elevators that are often very slow when the hotel gets busy, taking time from your schedule. The hot water is not reliable in that it often took long minutes to get it to reach hot. There are plug-ins for your electronics, but not enough or not accessible enough. The one nightstand had a plug-in, but the other nightstand had no place to plug in anything. very inconvenient. Also at this price level, how about some slippers and robes? There were none. Also, the bathtub drain can be difficult to operate. The staff is attentive, but somewhat lackadaisical. The restaurant is a hit or miss proposition with some praising but our experience was not good. The price is four star to five star which is where the three star rating comes into play. They just are not making the grade at that level. Not that this is a bad hotel, not by any means but it is now somewhat ordinary, except for the likable location. P.S. Did I mention that the walls of the rooms are devoid of any art or decoration? That’s a nice change of pace at first, but they also need to step up their game in that regard.
