Great location. Clean and spacious bathroom.
Not much of a lobby, but who cares with so much right around the hotel.
Great location for the business district and for pleasure. Walking distance to Central Park, Rockefeller Centre, MOMA. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, with top quality bed and immaculate. Great eateries nearby.
Helpful, professional staff. Good business area and gym facilities.

1. Una mujer rubia de recepción se comporto despectiva por que mi ingles no es muy bueno. Pésima atención.
2. Deposito de diinero. Vergonzoso que hagan eso despues que estas pagando anticipadamente.
The experience was amazing! Bonsaii Restaurant is incredible. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect. Kevin, Ruben, Jordan and Sebastian were extremely friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

Location and comfort
Almost everything was excellent.
Love this hotel, great location, quiet and staff are fantastic, especially Elizabeth who cleans the rooms, what a lovely person and does such an amazing job, thank you Elizabeth for looking after us ! Terry on the front desk is a gem as well, so friendly and helpful !
Amazing location the stuff was very nice
After six nights at the Hotel Concorde on our second visit (the first was in June 2025), we had another thoroughly satisfying experience.
Every single member of staff we encountered, from the reception desk (Sandy, Stefanie and Terry were especially helpful this visit) to the front door podium, to those behind the scenes — housekeepers (Ismeta on the 34th floor was outstanding), porters (Sebastian being a great example), and even the man servicing the exceptionally capable coffee maker on the 3rd floor — were professional and refined in their manner, with a first instinct to say yes. That this quality and spirit are so consistent across the entire team is a tribute to their natural customer-service instincts and to whoever handles recruitment and management.
As for the physical facility — we especially love: (1) the intimacy of just 3 rooms per floor; (2) the spectacular wall-of-glass views (with impressively clean glass); (3) the serenity-inducing room decor (uncluttered, light and airy, with hygienically appealing high-quality soft white vinyl upholstery); (4) the spacious well-fitted bathroom (with natural light); and (5) the exceptional quietness (thanks to strong insulation, window technology and considerate fellow guests).
Note: It may take a minute to figure out the HVAC controls, so ask for help if needed. Once we understood it, the system worked perfectly — and, as with everything else, it was very quiet (almost inaudible).
