I like the location as it was near restaurants and stores, between park ave and lexington. Property is clean and staffs were friendly.
Bonsaii restaurant served good food although it runs independent of the hotel.
Aircon had problem on the first night. If i didnt persist on transferring to another room, the mgt didnt even find solution to this. Spent the first night with electric fan. The gym is quite small.
I always enjoy my stay at the Concorde! The rooms are large by NY standards, its nicely located. The staff is nice. My Housekeeper, Margaret was great and kept our room clean and supplied.

Incredible service. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Sandy, Rada, and Jeannie. We had to find a last minute stay in the city after being stranded at JFK for the night. They had a lovely room for us while we explored Manhattan in our unexpected free time. The restaurant in the hotel was also a delight. Incredibly nice people all around.

So our ac was somehow broken and then we got too cold so they brought us heaters we got too hot they brought us a fan and our showers temperature is really bad like you gotta wait at least 5-10 minutes but a engineer came so it’s 5 minutes now that’s why I gave 4 stars and I wish there could be room food service I love the uber and DoorDash thing but it could be better the rooms were super clean they changed the sheets every 2 days and the bathroom is so big I love it so that’s a good thing that I can put all of my hygiene stuff inside and the staff here was so nice they cared so much about us when our ac broke they did everything they could and would I come back? For sure.
After a brutal day of travel chaos and flight delays, walking into the Concorde Hotel felt like a breath of fresh air. Sandy, Rada, and Jeannie immediately turned our day around with their kindness, warmth, and genuine care.
They knew we had been through a stressful experience and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. Their compassion and hospitality were truly exceptional, and within minutes we felt like we could finally relax.
The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was these three amazing women who made our stay unforgettable. They treated us like family and reminded us that outstanding customer service still exists.

City views nobody can beat! The first time I stayed there, I woke up at 5 AM to capture the gorgeous sunrise with all of the New York skyline!
