I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Da Nang and would highly recommend it.

All of the staff were absolutely excellent, reception and housekeeping.— incredibly friendly, welcoming, hardworking and always willing to help. My room was serviced every day, with fresh towels provided daily, and the staff always greeted me with a genuine, friendly smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their helpfulness and professionalism really made my stay.

The location is also fantastic. It is close to the beach and, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around the area alone, including in the evenings.

Cons:

Through no fault of the hotel, a local resident’s ties a yapping dog to a post and allows the dog to bark continuously for up to an hour every morning (15 nights) from around 5.30am each morning. The owner of the dog showed little consideration for guests and surrounding residents.

It would be helpful for someone to ask the dog owner to consider others sleeping at this time and not allow the dog bark continuously for up to an hour every morning.

"A hotel that does not honor its confirmed reservations is difficult to trust." Ks xác nhận đã đặt phòng. Trước ngày đến mình xác nhận lại lần nữa. Hôm sau cả nhà 2 trẻ nhỏ đến, đc giải thích là phòng đang sửa chữa, ks xin lỗi vì chưa kịp báo. Đang mùa du lich ks sửa chữa??? Lại ngay tối hôm trước thì bảo vẫn giữ phòng? Quá tồi. Làm ăn bất tín thì tất cả dịch vụ khác cũng vậy thôi
