Tạm ổn, gần biển nếu siêng đi bộ. Có thể sẽ quay lại.
Pros:

Toilet sạch sẽ, nước mạnh.
Đầy đủ tiện nghi, ban công view phòng rất ưng ý.

Cons:

Tivi đời cũ, không có youtube.
Bị trễ giờ check in vì chưa dọn xong phòng, khách phải chờ.

Pros:

расположение очень хорошее - 5 минут до пляжа. Рядом очень много магазинов кафешек, ларьков со смузи и кофе.

L'emplacement est plutôt correct car proche de la plage et des commerçants.

Cons:

Dès notre arrivée, une demande de 3% of fee de l'ensemble de notre réservation nous a été imposée car paiement en carte bancaire. Première fois de notre séjour que cette taxe nous ait imposée dans un hôtel. Puis, la chambre n'est pas totalement propre et les WC sont bouchées. Lorsque nous avons réservé un véhicule pour visiter Hoi An, la voiture était premium à l'aller mais au retour le véhicule vetuste n'avait pas de climatisation à l'arrière, de basse qualité et peu confortable. Le changement de catégorie a été sans notre consentement et nous l'avons découvert qu'au pick-up. Nous nous sommes senti piégé. De retour, l'hôtel n'a pas été compréhensif et nous avons dû payer le service au tarif prévu sans que celui-ci n'est été fourni. Et en arrivant, fatigué et en sueur de ce voyage d'une heure sans climatisation, nous trouvons notre chambre à 14h30 non faites et sans serviettes. Donc pas de douche tant que le ménage n'était pas fait. Bref, j'y retournerai pas surtout qu'il y a le choix dans ce quartier et au même prix.

Отдых в отеле Rosabelle Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее, недалеко пляж 700 метров. Кафе где можно было поесть, минимаркеты где можно было бы купить очень много чего и всё рядом. Относительно тихая улица.

Cons:

В номере чайник не работал, замена на другой заняло целый день.
Телефон, который должен быть соединять со стойкой регистрации, стоял для красоты, т.к. никакого кабеля подключения не было.
Инструкция для сейфа не было, поэтому приходилось спускаться в ресепшн и просить открыть сейф несколько раз.

Отвратительный сервис
Pros:

Пешком до пляжа примерно километр. Рядом есть кафе и ресторан с итальянской кухней

Cons:

Отвратительный персонал. Заселяли нас 5 часов. Раннее заселение даже не предложили. Просили подождать то час, то ещё пол часа. В итоге на ресепшене собралось много людей -и тех, кто выделяется, и тех, кого надо заселить. Сотрудница на ресепшене даже не здоровается с проживающими. Утюга нет. Вернее есть, но то его найти не могут, то он якобы сломан... В гостинице покушать тоже не возможно. Кафе есть, но не работает. В общем отель не рекомендую. Рядом есть аналогичные отели по более доступной цене (кстати, при оплате картой с нас взял ещё 3% доплату, хотя при бронировании уже были включены все оплаты)
