Best hotel in the heart of Brasov!

Great location in the heart the service is excellent, the employees are communicative and ready to help you. This is the second time we stay here, the hotel has a unique architecture, beautiful a combination of past and present. With the greatest pleasure I can give 10 out of 10 for everything.of Brasov!.

Great location, great room, great breakfast, the guy from the front desk was great, he had so much patience with me and my heavy suitcases. He gave me excellent service.

Good in parts. Disappointing in others.
Pros:

Location and room very good. Front of house staff, when there, were very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Coffee machine not working for 2 days. Poor offering of under-par food. Old soft bananas and bruised apples. Watered down orange juice. Tiny croissants. Old cheap muesli. One tray of one cheese and a little meat. Scrambled eggs so old they looked fossilised. Even though included in price, we left and paid for breakfast elsewhere.
