還不錯，但休旅車要停很遠，大概不會再來
Pros:

1.早餐菜色選擇多
2.選了不能指定房型，但入住時是2大床的房型，驚奇與滿意
3.週五晚上才不到1500，算是超值

Cons:

1.機械式停車不能進休旅車，要停到約8分鐘外的停車場，在大雨中很不方便
2.房間中燈光太暗，沒有書桌或梳妝台

Pros:

雖然比上次房間稍小，但因為浴缸是開放式空間，住起來反而比較自在。
還有櫃檯人員在check out 前，很貼心的沒有打電話一直催。
因為已經去住過很多次，了解退房時間，而櫃檯人員的服務非常的和好，並且親切友善。

酒店位置优越，靠近爱河，交通便利，整体环境和服务都很有水准，住宿体验令人满意

Cons:

如果能在洗衣机区域增设一些椅子和置物篮会更贴心。这样住客在等待洗衣完成时，可以舒适地坐着休息，也方便放置衣物，不必特地回房间再来查看。
整体来说，是一家值得推荐的酒店。

地點鄰近愛河，房間硬體完善，相當適合度假放鬆的飯店。
Pros:

飯店位於愛河旁，適合散步，周邊餐廳選擇也相當多。
晚班男性櫃檯態度專業有禮，一樓的星巴克飲品服務員也相當親切。

本次入住七樓的豪華雙人房，裝潢風格與照片並無偏差，升起窗簾便可一覽愛河景緻。
雖然適逢端午節，白天可以聽到愛河龍舟比賽的廣播，但飯店裡房與房之間的隔音良好，入夜後也不會聽到馬路上的噪音。
床鋪與枕頭軟硬適中，插座充足，有沖泡飲品、電熱水器和電冰箱，使用無虞。
電視可使用 YouTube、Netflix （以遙控器滑鼠操作）和手機投影，可能因為入夜時較多人使用網路，影片讀取上會需要幾秒來達到理想畫質，整體來說不影響觀影體驗。

洗浴用品（沐浴、洗髮、護髮和洗手乳）香氣宜人，熱水來得快且水量充足。
吹風機為國際牌，風量雖不算大但足敷使用。

三樓的早餐水果新鮮、熱食也好吃，桌與桌之間的距離適當，不至於互相干擾。

特別值得一提的是房務，週末兩天早上下樓吃早餐，房務均能把握時間，迅速且仔細地打掃和換好備品，專業值得嘉許。

Cons:

週五下午的女性櫃檯接待人員辦理入住、說明飯店注意事項時，語氣若能放軟或至少持平，可以給初來乍到的房客更好的觀感。

Wonderful stay at Harbour 10
Pros:

We chose a river view room and it did not disappoint. A wonderful room for our family with a fabulous view toward the music centre. The room was modern, beautiful furnishings and feel. Comfortable beds and a spacious layout. Clean and tidy, nice bathroom. 7/11 downstairs and close to public transport and pier art area in walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay here.

整體都很滿意！
Pros:

向河景、房間很大；住了幾天，早餐每天都有轉換一些菜式，提供不同選擇，這很好，不會覺得厭👍🏻
地點也好，乘坐輕鐵往駁二及旗津也很方便。

Cons:

床褥略嫌太軟，有點唔舒服；毛巾太舊已變色。如果在這些有改善就完美了，性價比極高！
