Excellent hotel
Pros:

Lovely Hotel , spotlessly clean ,and really comfortable.

Wonderful staff, nothing was too much trouble, a warm and friendly Irish welcome , special mention to Carmel at breakfast, and Frank in the evening we loved chatting with them and their service was excellent.
A minor problem was fixed immediately by Joshan,(operations manager) quickly and without fuss and he found us ,the next day to check we were happy with everything.

Amazing food both at breakfast and in the evening

Nothing not to like, a fabulous hotel

Estada de qualitat i molt ben situat
Pros:

Hem quedat molt satisfets amb el tracte del personal! Ha sigut tot un plaer poder ser atesos en la nostra propia llengua, especialment amb la Maria, que ens ha sigut de gran ajut! Moltes gràcies :))

També hem trobat que estava molt ben situat, molt bon ambient al barri al costat del canal i bona connexió amb el centre amb bus/tramvia

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Great staff, great location near to the tram and a nice pub right next door which is also very friendly. Complimentary coffee and tea in the foyer.

Cons:

The gym was quite small with not very much kit but better than others I’ve been to before.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and a clean, welcoming hotel — perfect for exploring the city
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and the location was excellent — all the main attractions were within easy reach, with the Luas stop right on the doorstep. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

We had a comfortable stay and were very pleased with the accommodations.
Pros:

The restaurant was great…we had all three dinners there and were very impressed by the quality and food selection. Also, the staff members were all very nice and helpful.
