Great place
Pros:

The location was great, close to everything. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The food was also good.

Cons:

My only complaint would be that our safe was not working. I notified the front desk and they said they would send maintenance, but no one came during the 3 days we were there. However, it wasn't anything that would change my outlook on the place.

Need to up there security as room was expensive for stress and no sleep!

Saturday night was awful, lots of teenagers making noise, knocking on door next to us, running up and down the corridor. Did report one incidence and staff moved them along only to come back later. Seemed there was more than the allowed per person room with lots of comings and goings. Very stressful. Feel like the staff could see how many were coming in and should have checked if they had a room.

Location was good, room very comfortable with nice canal view.

Cons:

Hotel was fairly noisy (other guests), understand that the hotel isn't able to control guests noise levels but the sound travelled straight through closed door so maybe build quality needs to be better for £200 per night...
