隔音較差。房間蠻大的、整潔，設施簡單，接待人員親切有禮，交誼廳提供免費咖啡。附有停車場、停車格寬暢。旅店旁邊是全聯福利中心，附近餐飲方便。走路4分鐘可到花蓮火車站。
