Aussergewöhnlich, wunderbar, ich komme wieder.
Pros:

Aussergewöhnliche Lage, hoch oberhalb Ponte Tresa, fantastischer Blick auf den Luganersee. Wunderschönes Hotel, moderne Ausstattung. Mein Doppelzimmer mit Seesicht und Balkon ein Traum. Pool genial! Abschliessbarer separater Bike-Room, perfekt, wie beschrieben.Sehr gutes Restaurant mit breiter Auswahl. Diese Hotel wird von der liebenswerter Gastgeber-Familie mit Herz und Leidenschaft geführt. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen und werde dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

für mich war alles perfekt und hat meinen Erwartungen entsprochen.

Preis-Leistung stimmt hier leider aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz!
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist natürlich die wunderschöne Aussicht aus den Zimmern und dem Restaurant die zur Vorderseite hin ausgerichtet sind.
Das Personal ist steht´s bemüht die Gäste in allen Belangen und auch bei Sonderwünschen zufrieden zu stellen.
Das angeschlossene Restaurant mit seinen vielfältigen Speisen ist durchaus zu empfehlen. Hervorzuheben aus unserer Sicht sind die sehr vielen und auch guten Pizzavariationen. Ebenso werden die Weintrinker mit der wirklich großen Auswahl an guten Weinen zufrieden sein. Es gibt auch für den kleinen Wein Genuss 375 ml Flaschen. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut, könnte aber durchaus abwechslungsreicher sein.
Der Pool des Hauses ist ausreichend groß und man genießt dort eine schöne Aussicht. Der Weg dorthin ist allerdings für ältere, nicht so mobile Gäste eher beschwerlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit oben am Berg und ist nur über eine schmale abenteuerliche Straßenführung zu erreichen. Eben mal zu Fuß in die Stadt nach Ponte Tresa kann man vergessen und oben im Dorf selbst gibt es lediglich noch eine kleine Bar auf dem Dorfplatz.
Die Parkplatzsituation am Hotel ist leider für größere Fahrzeuge (Kombi, SUV) viel zu eng .
Die Aussichtsterrasse des Hotels ist eher unschön und mit grünem Kunstrasen belegt.
In unserem Zimmer gab es im Bad keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Duschhandtücher und auch keine Halterung für das Toilettenpapier. Die Beleuchtung am Badspiegel ist unzureichend. Die allgemeine Einrichtung und Möbelqualität in Bad und Zimmer ist nicht gerade Stylisch und Hochwertig. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war eher oberflächlich und lieblos. Durch die vielen Kameras im Hotelgebäude kam man sich immer irgendwie beobachtet vor.

Hervorragendes Hotel mit klasse Restaurant und super freundlichen Personal.
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, zirka 400 m über dem See mit klasse Aussicht auf den Como See. Top renoviertes Hotel mit Flair der 60 er Jahre. Sehr moderne Ausstattung. Super freundliches Personal. Großes Restaurant, auch mit Aussenbereich.
Die Pizzen sind genial !
