Great location with beautiful views. Staff is very helpful. Excellent breakfast, the best we had on our vacation.
Bathrooms on lower rooms had a strong mold odor.

Le rapport qualité-prix trop élevé, la clim trop bruyante près du lit et le confort moyen des lits, l’absence de porte-manteau et le caractère impersonnel de l’accueil.
Le calme, la vue exceptionnelle grâce à l’emplacement.

We visited the hotel during a road trip and my only complaint is that we weren't there long enough! A beautiful, peaceful spot, with spectacular views over the Citta Alta and across the whole region. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were incredibly helpful, the on-site parking was perfect (though possibly tight to access for those with bigger cars) and the location was unbelievable. The Superior Double room was well appointed and spacious, with a quiet shared terrace outside, but we spent out evening by the castle tower which had stunning views.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a wide choice of options and great coffee, all served on the balcony. The hotel is nestled into the castle and steps lead right from the entrance to the top where there are four lookouts with views in every direction. The top of the funicular is a two minute walk from the hotel, which takes you down into the old walled town, with bars and restaurants, making this a perfect location from which to explore Bergamo. It's also a short hop to the lakes, with Garda little more than an hour away.
We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for a longer stay!

Das Entfeuchtungs Gerät könnte leiser sein. Lässt sich aber abschalten – unbedingt zeigen lassen wie das geht.
Las vistas son increíbles, el hotel está recién reformado y tiene un restaurante muy agradable.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.
El hotel está en un punto muy alto de Bérgamo, por lo que para moverse tienes que tener en cuenta que está apartado del centro.
Hotel met top service. Rust en met rust gelaten. Luxe in een ongedwongen sfeer. Weg van de drukte en prachtige uitzichten over Bergamo en verder. Fantastische restaurants in de directe omgeving, waarbij een diner in de tuin bij La Cucina restaurant direct aan het hotel een must is. Wil je het mooie Bergamo stad in dan is de tandradbaan op 3 minuten lopen van het hotel.
Niets wat niet beviel. Zou je alle zintuigen willen raken dan zou een spa faciliteit je in de top zetten.
Hotel je na lijepoj lokaciji s jednako takvim pogledom na grad i uređenjem prostora oko hotela. Objekt je specifičan i zasigurno ostavlja dojam na posjetitelja. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno, soba dovoljno velika, uredna, udobna, doručak izvanredan. Hotel vas vraća u neka druga vremena, ali u ulozi koja će Vam se svidjeti.
Onaj tko traži sitnice, uvijek će pronaći ponešto, ali sve to nije vrijedno spomena.
