Großartig und als Paar absolut zu genießen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wirklich großartig, das Ambiente, die Lage, das Restaurant. Besser geht kaum. Wir kommen def. wieder.

One of our favorite places to stay in Italy.
Pros:

Great location with beautiful views. Staff is very helpful. Excellent breakfast, the best we had on our vacation.

Cons:

Bathrooms on lower rooms had a strong mold odor.

sejour agréable mais les prestations ne sont pas au niveau d’un 4 etoiles et des prix fixés, en dehors de l’emplacement,
Pros:

L’emplacement et la vue, le petit déjeuner très varié et riche.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité-prix trop élevé, la clim trop bruyante près du lit et le confort moyen des lits, l’absence de porte-manteau et le caractère impersonnel de l’accueil.

Wunderbares Frühstück individuell bestellbar mit schöner Auswahl wird dann direkt am Tisch serviert (kein Buffet)

Spectacular location, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff.
Pros:

We visited the hotel during a road trip and my only complaint is that we weren't there long enough! A beautiful, peaceful spot, with spectacular views over the Citta Alta and across the whole region. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were incredibly helpful, the on-site parking was perfect (though possibly tight to access for those with bigger cars) and the location was unbelievable. The Superior Double room was well appointed and spacious, with a quiet shared terrace outside, but we spent out evening by the castle tower which had stunning views.
Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a wide choice of options and great coffee, all served on the balcony. The hotel is nestled into the castle and steps lead right from the entrance to the top where there are four lookouts with views in every direction. The top of the funicular is a two minute walk from the hotel, which takes you down into the old walled town, with bars and restaurants, making this a perfect location from which to explore Bergamo. It's also a short hop to the lakes, with Garda little more than an hour away.
We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for a longer stay!

Pros:

Sehr schöne, stimmige und gepflegte Anlage in einem historischen Gebäude. Traumhafter Blick über Bergamo Alta und die Ebene. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse.

Cons:

Das Entfeuchtungs Gerät könnte leiser sein. Lässt sich aber abschalten – unbedingt zeigen lassen wie das geht.
