lokalizacja, obsługa, układ pokoju, ładne wnętrze hotelu i dobrze oznaczony hotel z ulicy (łatwo trafić). To najlepszy wybór w Gruzji pod względem jakość-cena, spodziewaliśmy się dużo gorszego standardu, jednak hotel pozytywnie nas zaskoczył :) Pan na recepcji miły i anglojęzyczny, co nie zawsze jest standardem

Location is a but sketchy, we didnt feel safe walking home at night
It was not clean, the sheets and towels had stains
I asked about airport transfer in advance and got an offer for 50 lari. At the hotel I wanted to book it and the guy at the reception said 70 lari. When i mentioned that i got a quote for 50, he immediately said ah okey then he will call if we want it
We ended up calling bolt and paid 25 lari so we felt like he was trying to cheat us

Pros:

L emplacement. Ils ont fait un effort sur la décoration, même si je n’ai pas aimé.

Cons:

La chambre fait 17m2 et non 25 comme j’ai réservé. Mauvaise isolation! Matelas à remplacer!

La chambre semblait propre au premier regard, mais le ménage est superficiel : moisissures dans la douche, calcaire, rouille et contours de fenêtre sales. Les chambres ne sont pas refaites/nettoyées pendant le séjour, même pour plusieurs nuits.

L’accueil a également été décevant : le jeune réceptionniste ne disait pas bonjour et semblait peu concerné.
Le matin de mon départ, personne ne répondait à la cloche de la réception et j’ai dû monter et descendre les étages trois fois pour chercher un employé. Après environ 15 minutes, on m’a demandé de laisser ma valise à côté de la réception qui était vide. J’ai dû insister pour qu’elle soit placée dans une pièce fermée à clé et on m’a répondu, « qu’il le fera plus tard ».. 😱
