Beautiful stay
Pros:

Comfy bed, big room, very clean functional bathroom. Wonderful view over the surrounding mountains. Good breakfast, having it every morning in the beautiful garden was definitly a plus. Very close to the Spa in the town, u get a discount if u stay at the hotel (ask for it at the reception). Very nice staff, from the cleaning personal to the receptionst. Right in the middle of the town, good own restaurant and pasticeria. Very close to the funicular so u can easily enjoy nice views over the mountains (though keep in mind that in june is only opened in weekends so for our hikes we had to hike that steep part on our own, not with the funicular-the real hard way, but satisfying once u get there). Very good ratio price comfort quality

Cons:

No ventilator fan in the room, the little time we were there during the day it was warm. It didnt help that we booked our stay in the middle of a heat wave. Its not maybe necessary outside heatwaves. We had our window in the inner yard, as we slept during the night with the windows open we woke up when personal started their work. For us that get up early anyways wasnt a big minus but something to consider

Perfection
Pros:

Cons:

Не было кондиционера, хотя было терпимо в 35 градусную жару, нет холодильника, совсеменной сантехники,запах выпечки

No AC.
Pros:

Basic breakfast, expected more and better.
Spacious room and decent clean.

NO AC!!! No AC. No AC.

Did not realize there are still hotels without AC.
There were 28°C (83°F) in the room starting with 9 AM - we "slept" with all the windows open so that we could breathe a bit. But there was terrible noise on the street until late after midnight, and again in the morning starting 5 AM.

La posizione vicina alle Terme, la pulizia la dimensione della camera e del bagno.

Cons:

Siamo stati svegliati alle 6.15 del mattino dall'addetto al servizio di nettezza urbana che, all'interno del giardino dell'hotel, per circa 30 Min ha lavorato provocando forti rumori.
Nella nostra camere superior, inoltre, non era presente l'aria condizionata
