Pros:

Una delle ultime strutture storiche ancora in pieno funzionamento con la sua storia come proprietà che risale agli inizi del 1900 con il suo fondatore che è rimasto l' ultimo artista delle marionette bergamasche presenti a testimonianza nelle innumerevoli bacheche presenti alla reception. La struttura è stata rimodernata negli anni e con le sue oltre trecento stanze è punto di riferimento per soggiornare e approfittare della vicinanza alle terme nel vecchio casinò. La nostra stanza matrimoniale base poteva essere anche essa rimodernata tutti i mobili sono quelli presenti negli alberghi delle località balneari a fine anni 1970 qualcosa di meglio mi sarei aspettato. La prossima volta proverò a spendere una cinquantina di euro in più per vedere se la sistemazione potrà essere all' altezza dei 180€ a notte + prima colazione grazie comunque per la pulizie e il servizio

Stunning views, attentive staff, and great pastries at breakfast. A lovely short stay.
Pros:

Amazing location. The front faces the river with a beautiful old hotel building, while the back overlooks the mountains and an old casino building that now houses a thermal spa. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was fairly simple, nothing fancy, but everything was tasty, especially the pastries, which were excellent. Fresh orange juice!

Tutto, soggiorno stupendo, camera deliziosa e colazione ottima, consigliato. Ci è capitata la vista del cortile interno, dalla nostra camera e devo dire che anche quella é stata deliziosa. Lo staff fantastico, disponibile, alla mano e sempre con il sorriso. Un grazie per aver migliorato il nostro soggiorno. 🫶🏼

La posizione e il bar a disposizione fino a tarda notte.

Sarò sincera sono andata a letto rammaricata. Era un regalo di compleanno fatto ad una mia cara amica in occasione delle terme di San Pellegrino. La stanza prenotata non corrispondeva alla descrizione La vista non era sul giardino e il bagno era tutt' altro . Anche il letto matrimoniale con scritta non era così come da descrizione. Il tutto e' stato piu volte detto alla reception ma non è servito a nulla. Delusa.

Hvad receptionisten manglede i imødekommenhed, og værelset manglede i ALT, så havde hotellets restaurant i nabobygningen

Beliggenheden…og KUN beliggenheden, men det var ikke det vi valgte ud fra. Det var hvorvidt der var Parkering og restaurant + foto af det værelse vi forventede at få!

Cons:

Receptionisten var nedladende og afvisende da vi spurgte ind til parkering. Udsigten var lige ud i en trækrone😳. SPARTANSK er et stort ord at bruge, hvis værelset skal beskrives. Ikke engang et lille café bord på altanen. Masser af støj og larm på gangene fra en busfuld unge drenge som var uden opsyn både var leder og hotellet, der lod dem råbe og skrige til kl 23.

L emplacement, le parking parce que nous avons eu de la chance d y avoir une place..

Cons:

Le bruit. Chambre absolument pas insonorisé. On entend toute la vie des voisins. Nous avons en plus eu la mauvaise expérience d avoir une équipe de jeunes basketteurs qui ont hurlé, crie, jusqu’à a 1 heures du matin dans les couloirs et au dessus de notre chambre. la réception que nous sommes allés voir 2 fois a juste appelé pour essayer de les calmer sans grand succès et nous a juste accordé un désolé
L hôtel est certainement très agréable mais pas si vous y réservez une chambre economique qui donne sir la clim du restaurant et qui est totalement dépourvu de tout.
