Its proximity to the airport & the food in the restaurant was lovely.
We didn’t have enough time there to make full use of anything.
The hotel was very clean and tidy and modern, the service was great but when it came to sleeping we only had one pilow each for a double bed and when laid on the bed it was thinner than the palm of my hand, and would never pass a flop test. The more annoying issue there was no other pilows in the room as back up. It would put me off re- booking with this particular hotel at Birmingham airport, but I will say I have stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn at Heathrow many times and have had any issues with bedding.
It was refreshing - clean cosy modern and staff helpful and friendly. The rooms and beds were spacious as well as the bathroom shower. The position to airport and facilities were fantastic.
