Great team as always, you kindly sorted a room overlooking the runway as my son is mad about planes.. he sat there for 3 hours watching them take off and land.

Pros:

The location is in the airport, just need to walk to get access to the arrivals/departures. Very easy to reach to train station and NEC exhibition center.

Cons:

After 21:30 you can’t get any food at hotel’s restaurant and hotel’s pub.

Pros:

We did not have breakfast,but location to the airport is for early morning flight is ideal.

Pros:

Very nice stay!
The hotel is so close to the airport, train station and NEC and it's very easy to get around on foot.
Staff is great, also breakfast, rooms are very clean. No noise at all from the airport.

Stained carpets, uncooked breakfast, no coffee machine, uncomfortable bed, broken toilet roll holder, staff uninterested in solving any problems

Pros:

Big television, clean towels

Cons:

Duvet was like a sheet it was cold.
Bed too low to the floor
Most hotels have a hairdryer but this didn’t, for 91 pound a night without breakfast isn’t worth it

The only thing was a bath/shower which i couldn't use but was told on checking out to ask for walk im shower room
