Lovely as always
Pros:

Everything was great, as always, this was my third time staying here and I would never consider another hotel when visiting Birmingham, especially for an event at NEC.

You get what you pay for - friendly staff, excellent location, spotless clean, amazing breakfast, good variety of the menu at the bar/restaurant, comfy rooms.

Special thanks to Pacey for ALWAYS making me feel at home - we met 3 years ago when I first stayed here and every single time he remembered me AND my order! Super professional, friendly and funny.
