This was a very good hotel overall. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and professional, which made the stay very pleasant. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the quality of the service and hospitality.
The only aspect that did not meet expectations was the room service. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold on most occasions, which was disappointing and felt inconsistent with the otherwise high level of service provided by the hotel.
