NO SECURITY
Pros:

Clean facility and friendly staff.

Cons:

I very much disliked the lack of security. When we arrived back to the hotel Saturday night there was an abundance of kids playing inside the gym unsupervised. Playing with ALL the equipment, running in and out, back and forth from the pool area unsupervised. These kids ranged from approximately 3 years old to 12. The adults were all in the dining area eating pizza and a whole lot of beer bottles EVERYWHERE! Trash cans were full of beer bottles and pizza cartons where we couldn't throw away our small coffee cream packets. Shame on you for allowing these behaviors in your facility.

Outstanding. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Pros:

Outstanding place to stay. Breakfast was better than I expected. Fitness Center was well equipped. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could've been better.

Great stay
Pros:

The location was great. The lady in the front desk when i checked in was very friendly. The lady when we checked out was awesome too she complimented my hair and that was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great too.

Top notch! 100/10. Best staff ever!
Pros:

Everything!!!! Clean, accommodating, great breakfast, the best hotel pillows, price, location, just everything! The staff is unbelievably nice. We asked for additional towels and received them in less than 10mins. I’ve stayed in MANY hotels due to our daughter’s dance schedule and by far this was the best! My husband and I could not stop raving about this place. This will be the only place we stay while visiting Gilbert! 100/10!

Cons:

I can’t believe I’m saying this but there’s not one complaint. I can’t find not one thing wrong with this place. Amazing!
