It was fine for the price but not as clean as we expected.
Pros:

Bathroom was nice and large.

Cons:

The floor was pretty dirty and AC would not adjust as the button was broken on the unit so room was 28 degrees.

Pros:

The room was quite large. Location is good. The beds are comfortable. Parking lot is good.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in the room. The staff on reception was not helpfull.
The bathroom doesn't not match what we booked. I asked to change but lady on reception refused to do it saying that there were no available rooms, but it's strange, I checked site and there were rooms.
Also in room for at leaset 3 people was only one chair, I asked second one but again lady on reception (another one) said there is no chair in hotel... So weird. Maybe it's time to buy chairs for the hotel, if it's true.
Breakfast was very limited in choice. Pool is very small.

Albergo comodo per raggiungere Detroit

Cittadina molto tranquilla che ci permetteva di raggiungere Detroit facilmente. Staff molto gentile. Albergo pulito e silenzioso.

Cons:

La piscina era chiusa per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Il materasso del divano letto era lurido. Segnalato alla reception ma non hanno mai risposto

Would go back for the Staff alone!
Pros:

Every staff member i came upon was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast options were exceptional. Great variety

Cons:

Bed was a bit stiff; back and hip were sore in the morning. This may be a weird observation, but I noticed the bathroom walls were oddly dirty, even though they are made of an easy clean material.

Good except some rooms need renovation.

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

We had to change rooms. The first room we got, the bathroom faucet was running all the time. It overflowed in the middle of the night and the bathroom flooded.

On a budget, you could do far worse!
Pros:

I was only in Detroit for 12 hours (was meant to be longer, but a canceled flight in made it a shorter stay), so I didn't need anything luxurious, but also didn't want to stay too close to the airport either. This was a nice halfway point between the airport and Detroit proper where I needed to be that evening. The surrounding area doesn't look inviting, being off a busy road, but the hotel itself was fairly nice, with clean rooms, a comfortable bed, easy rideshare access, and complementary breakfast. Not a high-quality breakfast, mind you, being just basic microwaved bacon and eggs, but for a budget hotel, merely having that at all is kind of a bonus.
