Only thing was it was noisy though the night our first night there. Nothing to do with the hotel, just youngsters going past at 1 and 2am. Was better once we closed the windows

Extremely loud in the evening we couldn’t Sleep. There is a ramp for the luggage, but it was basically useless. You need to carry the luggage to the first floor where the elevator is.

O hotel fica no segundo andar, e tem quartos neste mesmo segundo andar e no terceiro andar do edifício. O elevador é a partir do segundo andar. O primeiro lance deve ser feito pelas escadas. Isso não afetou em nada minha estadia, mas para algumas pessoas essa informação pode ser útil.
O que eu realmente não gostei foi que no meu quarto o sinal do meu celular 5G não funcionava, e nem a maldita Wi-Fi do hotel não funcionava dentro do meu quarto. Ou seja, dentro do quarto eu ficava incomunicável. Então para usar a internet eu tinha que ir até a recepção. Isso realmente me deixou muito brava e impactou minha estadia.
Quando reclamei ela “reiniciou” o modem, mas claro que não fez diferença nenhuma.
Eu gostei do banheiro, parece novo, porém não gostei do quarto, devido um aspecto mais antigo. A acústica é péssima, da pra ouvir tudo como se as paredes fossem de papel, tanto da rua quando dos quartos ao lado.

After following their instructions and attempting to reserve directly with the property, I never received any proper booking confirmation, neither by email nor via WhatsApp, despite repeatedly informing the staff that I communicated exclusively through WhatsApp during my trip.

The property now claims that an automatic confirmation was sent, but I never received any such confirmation in my inbox, spam folder, or WhatsApp messages. Furthermore, on May 7th, I received a communication stating that the quotation had expired, which naturally led me to understand that the direct reservation had not been finalized.
