Pros:

Hotel mitten in der Altstadt, das den Titel Boutique wirklich verdient. (Daher auch nicht wirklich barrierefrei, wenn man das braucht) Herzliche Begrüßung, individuelle und geschmackvolle Zimmerausstattung, Espressomaschine und Wasserkocher, ... Was man halt so braucht ;-) Der echte Knüller: Die Bibliothek im Dachgeschoß und die Dachterrasse - direkter Blick auf den Torre di Arnolfo auf der einen Seite und den Dom auf der anderen.

Cons:

Nix - war alles perfekt - also fast: Das Frühstück war seehr Italienisch-puristisch. Mach aber nix, denn: Hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen schattigen Platz mit einem netten Kaffee (Ben) mit köstlichem Frühstück. Und: Die Dame beim Check-out war - sagen wir - "wenig sprachgewandt" (vll ist mein Italienisch auch nicht mehr gut genug. Ihr Englisch war jedenfalls endenwollend... Macht's halt schwer)

Pros:

The location was fantastic for all attractions plus lovely Restaurants. We had a deluxe room which was really good air conditioning was great as very hot weather 39c staff very nice and helpful loved are stay would definitely recommend it

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit of a surprise I thought we were having a bit more than what was available . But then they said it was free ? I thought it was in with the price that we had paid? Booking. Com need to make clear about the breakfast ???

Подниматься в гостиницу очень сложно. Один длинный этаж пешком, а потом еще один на самом медленном в мире лифте

Pros:

Only location was great

Cons:

Nothing meet any acceptable level of service.
Luckily we stayed only one hard day.
Elevator to from the ground floor we had to carry our luggage to first floor then by slow motion elevator to 3rd floor.
Bed sheets were dusty and the main surprise that the room is not like the photos.
By this quality the price should be much less.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Florence

Location is excellent for exploring the city on foot, close to main attractions, Staff very friendly, Clean and comfortable rooms and terrace with wonderful view

Fint « hotell»», mer som rom i et leilighetsbygg. Komfortable rom, rent. Nært alle attraksjoner.
Pros:

Fine rom, komfortabel seng og stort bad. Veldig sentralt.

Cons:

Måtte gå noen trapper før heis, men dette er oppgitt. Ikke frokost, noe som ville vært et pluss.

Do quarto no segundo piso,no terceiro não me agradou tanto, até porque como não tem escadas a subida é difícil. O elevador é demasiado lento. A localização é super e os funcionários também. O quarto do segundo andar é muito bom e confortável

Son zamanlarda konakladığım açık ara en kaliteli işletme. Resepsiyondaki tüm görevliler çok cana yakın ve sonuna kadar çözüm odaklı, yardımsever.
