Ok mediocre I was fooled by the signature collection nothing special
Pros:

Good location and bar and outside seating area was good with the big screen showing sports

Cons:

The bathroom in room 109 stunk of drains and bed was small and no light bulb in the lamp

Pros:

My husband recently spent many nights here due to travelling from Canada for a family emergency. I called reception and spoke to Elise, having explained the situation. Elise went above and beyond to accommodate my requests at a time that really mattered.

Pros:

The staff were very nice. Room comfortable and spacious. Loved the air con and the mini fridge. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue was the shower. Water pressure was very low.

Lovely little break
Pros:

Its a great location...the staff are friendly and professional
The room was spotlessly clean and the decor luvly
Also the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Just having to pay extra money for an early check in...when the room.was ready
Id spoken previously on phone to ask if we could leave our bags as we had to be there early as we were attending an afternoon function at the Grand that had been changed from The Bold

The girls on reception were particularly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. All areas were spotlessly clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay there again. Lovely spacious room. Beautiful bathroom.

I’D DEFINITELY HAVE PICKED A DIFFERENT FACILITY WITH REAL ELEVATORS.
Pros:

FRIENDLY STAFF UPON ENTERING FACILITY…. STAFF CARRIED SOME LUGGAGE UP TO ROOM.

Cons:

LIFT WAS STATED IN WRITE-UP HOWEVER, IT ONLY WENT UP ONE FLOOR AND THERE WERE NO ROOMS ON THAT FLOOR (ONLY A PORTION OF THE LOUNGE. LUGGAGE HAD TO BE CARRIED UP ANOTHER FLOOR IN A VERY NARROW STAIRCASE. COMING DOWN, I HAD TO SITDOWN TO EASE MY LUGGAGE DOWN TO STAIRCASE FOR FEAR OF FALLING!!
NO FOOD SERVED….HAD TO GO TO A “SISTER” FACILITY ACROSS THE STREET….THEN THEY WEREN’T SERVING FOOD EITHER!
