Wonderful
Pros:

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. I have stayed there loads now and they have gotten to know me which makes the stay even better.

Lovely hotel ,great location ,good value and modern room. Would recommend
Pros:

The property was close to the bars and shops of lord street and only 10 min walk to the lake side area and beach.

Cons:

Room was very smelly later on ,in fairness we didn’t say till leaving as it was late at night and leaving the next day,assume blocked drain somewhere

Fantastic stay will definitely be back again .
Pros:

We had breakfast in The Bold Hotel which was lovely ,we also booked a table there the night before and had a Carvery.I would definitely recommend the Lord Street hotel & their sister hotel The Bold.

Dreadful - avoid - one of the worst ever so called hotels I’ve stayed
Pros:

Nothing whatsoever - it’s a loud pub with rooms - not a hotel.

Cons:

The room was stinking of food and tobacco - being over a kebab shop - the warning in room was no smoking / vape and no drugs !
God knows who stays here - the bed headboard had skin imprint of a hand palm - carpets stained - overall shocking .

Great night
Pros:

We love where the hotel is situated its like a little hub of friendly places
Our upgraded room looked out over it all...we were seeing the Jersey Boys show at the Grand next door and this has access from the hotel so you dont even have to go outside
Everything about this hotel is welcoming and friendly
The room was spotless with a comfortable bed with lovely fresh bed linen
My friend and i are looking forward to our next stay in November 🙂
