Pros:

La ubicacion , Tanto la chica de recepcion como la masajista y la sra de la limpieza ,muy buen trato y profesionales.

Cons:

El Trato del personal del restaurante,mal rollo entre ellos y lo acaban pagando los huespedes. Desayuno muy basico y escueto, Falta de mantenimiento en Habitación, juntas negras en bañera y ducha, el restaurante funciona aparte del hotel, asi que hay horas que esta cerrado y no puedes tomar ni un agua.El spa a priori es con hora de entrada,modo privativo, y en realidad podian entrar hasta 6 personas, estando ya en el spa en nuestra hora, le dieron entrada a 5 personas mas. total 11 .

Encantadora .
Pros:

Tan el personal de Recepcio com el de Restauracio van ser molt, molt amables i es van acomodar a las nostres necessitats alimentaries. Som vegetarians . Els possem un 10 en amabilitat !

Pros:

Tout est tres agreable , le lieux , l'etablissement, le spa, la restauration diner et petit dejeuner mais surtout une equipe qui est au petit soin avec un sens parfait de l'accueil merci à tout le monde

La dame de l’accueil est très gentille
Endroit calme et reposant

Cons:

On nous annonce 10 min avant que le spa était en panne mais qu’il remarcherai plus tard dans la journée et donc qu’on ne peux donc pas le faire ni rester
Des bêtes dans la chambre lézard araignée
Équipement pas très propre
Petit déjeuné avec peu de choix

Beautiful but slightly let down by the attention to detail
Pros:

Beautiful building, gardens and location, very peaceful. Staff were all nice and helpful. A relaxing break.

Cons:

Few marks/stains on the bedding, uncomfortable old mattress. The restaurant was pleasant but we found it pricey for the quality. The instructions provided on finding the propertyweren't very clear and Google maps isn't very accurate.

El lloc es fenomenal, ho tenen tot molt ben cuidat i mantingut.Les persones al càrreg son molt atentes i eficients Tot sembla que és molt fàcil, i aixó es mèrit seu.
La Mila, es una gran massatgista, te unes grans mans i uns millors colzes.Troba coses al teu cos i sap que fer-ne, sap llegir el cos com qui llegeix el diari.
La gent i el lloc fan que estiguis millor que a casa.Difícil anar-se'n.

Estancia muy agradable y sitio perfecto para desconectar y relajarse en plena naturaleza.
Pros:

El hotel y su entrono de naturaleza al lado del rio. La comida muy buena. Buenos masajes para relajarse.

Cons:

El servicio en sala de restaurante, poco profesional en relación a la calidad del hotel. No probamos el desayuno porque queríamos ir en bici temprano y no tienen la opción de hacer un picnic o dejar preparado algo para desayunar antes de las 8:30h.
