Pros:

Breakfast was better than the majority of Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed in. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Short drive to Beale Street.

Cons:

Pool towels not readily available and we never did get any. Told they were not clean and were in the dryer. Checked back several times and still not available. Tub in our room did not drain properly and filled up quickly when taking a shower.

Pros:

The property is clean. Rooms size is good. Staff is fantastic. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

I think the beds in my room are ready for a refresh. The mattress has a significant sag to it, and the box spring seemed to be broken. If those were changed, the room would have been excellent.

Pros:

i booked a 2 queen room as it was my father and I traveling together and when we arrived it was a one king room and when i went to the front desk they said "I don't know why they always book those rooms when we have none" and did not accommodate us at all not even a roll out bed. i will never stay here again

Cons:

the fact that i booked and paid for a double bed room and got a single bed room
and also the fact that the staff didnt seem to care

Amei estar neste hotel!
Pros:

Localização, conforto, estacionamento e café da manhã. Mas você se hospeda no Arkansas e vai passear no Tennessee. Fica do outro lado da ponte. Não foi problema, somente uma surpresa!

The setup for the handicapped bathroom was excellent and there was no strip of threshold to hinder a wheelchair. The breakfast was good.
