Cons:

When we arrived the system was offline so we could not check in on arrival. The following day, our beds were stripped and pesticide was sprayed in our rooms-this should have happened before arrival of guests. Lastly the passage smelt of cigarette smoke-was with my child so not great

I was very pleased and my family felt very relaxed and at home.
Pros:

breakfast was incredible, a variety and healthy food like the trout ribbons, avo, fruit was my personal favourite.
I would like to see sourdough bread however i did enjoy the rye bread.

Maybe a smoothie table instead of a pancake table would be nice as I did not see much people go for the pancakes.

The cleaners were super friendly, i loved that. The front house and breakfast staff were very preoccupied with chatting with each other a bit too much. More focus on the customer would be recommended.

But they were super efficient with clearing the tables.

The popcorn and slushie at reception is such an incredible idea. Please don't ever change that.

Compliments to the gentleman who took our bags to the car, he was so friendly and eager to hand us each a bottle of water. Much appreciated.

Cons:

The gym was very small, a games room for the kids would be nice, i hated the DSTV with MNet channels, it was highly dissappointing. Netflix would be a better choice for me.

A library room with good selection of books with a fire- place could spruce the area.

There were some motorbikes parked in the parking area and towards the evening there were a few seconds of revving and making some noice.

Gostamos da estadia, somente ao pequeno almoco algumans coisas que tinham no primeiro dia deixaram de ter no segundo dia, mais contudo foi excellent o staff tambem atencioso e muito obrigado pela estadia
