Schöner Aufenthalt mit erholsamem Schlaf und tollem Ausblick
Pros:

Tolle, leicht erhöhte Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf Porto Azzurro und die Bucht. Grosszügiger Balkon und sehr gemütliche Betten. Ebenso ein abwechslungsreiches und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, gerade für italienische Verhältnisse. Das Personal war sehr hundefreundlich, sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket wurde zur Verfügung gestellt und der Hund durfte mit ins Restaurant. Somit empfanden wir die 25 Euro Gebühr pro Nacht als gerechtfertigt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man bei der Einrichtung/dem Schnitt des Zimmers (inkl. Badezimmer) bemerkt. Eher eng und wenig Stauraum bzw. praktische Ablageflächen. Auch die Vorhänge waren nicht mehr so sauber. Zwischen Wänden und Boden schafften es - angelockt vom Hundefutter - sogar Ameisen in unser Zimmer. Das Personal reagierte aber schnell, danach hatten wir keine Probleme mehr.
Abschliessend: Für den Weg zur Stadt muss man bedenken, dass das Hotel erhöht liegt und der direkte Weg über die Strasse nicht zu empfehlen ist (kein Gehweg). Der eigentliche Weg ist von beiden Seiten her zwischenzeitlich etwas streng durch die Steigung.

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Empfehlenswert
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern mit grandiosen Ausblick. Sehr freundliches Personal. Perfekt. Ein sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr schönes Restaurant. Angefangen von Rezeption, Restaurant bis zum Housekeeping, es war alles super!! Es hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen.

Das Personal morgens beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.
Wir konnten bei gutem Wetter sogar auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Der Ausblick vom Balkon des Zimmers ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nahe der stark befahrenen (lauten) Straße. Am besten mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen auch schon wegen der nervigen Mücken. Der Chlorgeruch im SPA-Bereich war stark und strömte bis ins Zimmer.

Ein Verwöhn-Hotel zum Wiederkommen.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen sind exklusiv und absolut schön hergerichtet, es wird auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und am nächsten Tag werden die Sonderwünsche ohne Rückfragen serviert. Stets ist ein freundliches Lächeln und Hilfsbereitschaft von allen Service-Personen da.
Ein großes Lob an den Parkplatzaufseher, hier wird nicht nur nach korrektem Parken geschaut, er ist absolut hilfsbereit und zu jedem Gast sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zu Fuss in die Kleinstadt ist sehr verbesserungswürdig: entlang der vielbefahrenen Straße fühlt man sich unsicher und der Fussweg ist beschwerlich und abends dunkel.
