Sempre una bella esperienza ma può migliorare

Cons:

Il punto che ci ha lasciato maggiormente perplessi è stato non essere stati informati, al momento della prenotazione, che la nostra sistemazione sarebbe stata nella dependance dell’hotel. Pur essendo una struttura gradevole, si trova a una certa distanza dall’edificio principale e questo rende meno immediato l’utilizzo dei servizi dell’hotel, come piscina, spa e altre aree comuni, anche se è disponibile un servizio navetta su richiesta.
Inoltre, durante la colazione, il servizio non è stato all’altezza del livello che ci si aspetta da un hotel di questa categoria. Un membro dello staff, ad esempio, canticchiava mentre serviva gli ospiti e, alla nostra richiesta di poterci accomodare in una determinata posizione sulla terrazza, ci è stato risposto con un secco “no”. Solo successivamente, senza alcuna spiegazione, ci è stato comunque consentito di sederci proprio nel tavolo che avevamo richiesto. Sono piccoli episodi, ma in una struttura di questo livello fanno la differenza.

Würde dieses Hotel sofort weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Lage perfekt. Der hoteleigenen Shuttle Service haben wir dreimal genutzt, dass war
toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das viele Treppensteigen, ein Lift wäre empfehlenswert.
Auch fehlte und bei der Halbpension ein Angebot an Salat und Eis.

Gute Lage und Frühstück, aber Lärm und Zimmermängel.

Das Hotel hat einige klare Stärken. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal. Sowohl die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück als auch das Reinigungspersonal waren ausnahmslos äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch der Parkservice war stets bemüht, sehr nett und immer für ein kurzes freundliches Gespräch zu haben.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot insbesondere für Gäste mit Glutenunverträglichkeit eine erfreulich große Auswahl an glutenfreien Produkten.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage in Porto Azzurro. Das Ortszentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man das Auto problemlos stehen lassen kann.
Außerdem war die Zimmerreinigung außergewöhnlich gründlich. In Bezug auf Sauberkeit habe ich selten ein Hotel erlebt, in dem so genau gearbeitet wurde.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige Mängel, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben.
Im Zimmer befanden sich Ameisen, die teilweise sogar im Bett zu finden waren. Zudem war der Wasserhahn defekt, da kaum kaltes Wasser herauskam.
Der Straßenlärm war äußerst belastend. Bereits ab etwa 5:30 Uhr morgens bis spät in die Nacht herrschte nahezu durchgehend Verkehr. Auf dem Balkon vergingen oft keine 30 Sekunden ohne vorbeifahrendes Auto, teilweise kam alle paar Sekunden ein Fahrzeug vorbei. Dadurch war es kaum möglich, die Außenbereiche entspannt zu nutzen.
Zusätzlich brannte die Beleuchtung auf den Gängen und am Balkon die ganze Nacht und schien durch die Tür ins Zimmer, was den Schlaf zusätzlich beeinträchtigte.
Der Pool war so stark gechlort, dass Baden kaum angenehm möglich war. Auch dort machte der starke Straßenlärm eine entspannte Atmosphäre praktisch unmöglich.
Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Wärme auf den Fluren vor den Zimmern. Offenbar wirkt sich der Spa-Bereich auf diesen Bereich aus, wodurch ein dauerhaft feucht-heißes und unangenehmes Klima entsteht.
Der Zustand des Zimmers entsprach insgesamt nicht den Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Der Türrahmen war teilweise herausgefallen, am Wasserhahn fehlte eine Abdeckung, mehrere Leisten waren beschädigt und zwischen Boden und Sockelleisten befanden sich kleine Öffnungen, durch die vermutlich die Ameisen ins Zimmer gelangten. Zudem empfand ich das Zimmer als recht klein.
