Pros:

This was our second time at your venue. We had to come back with the kids. You don't have to be anywhere else but there. The facilities is enough to keep you entertained for the duration of the stay. I am looking forward to coming back.

Cons:

The only negative is the driving up to the lodge. Roadworks taking forever.

The experience was great, the problem we encountered wouldn’t stop me from going back.
Pros:

The facilities were great, indoor pool was warm and I could swim with my child. Their breakfast was amazing and I would come back.
Ooohhh the place is family friendly.

Cons:

When we arrived at the place, our bedding was dirty and we had to ask them to change it for us.
The rondavels needs some maintenance, either than that everything was good. Please prob mobs and brooms so we would be able to clean after ourselves also.

Pros:

Das Abendessen/Restaurant und die idyllische Umgebung.

Cons:

Das Hallenbad war dreckig. Leider wirklich ecklig. Wir haben viele Haare im Wasser festgestellt daher sind wir nicht ins Wasser rein gegangen, was sehr enttäuchend war.

Die Straße zum Resort wird saniert. Der Weg war unübersichtlich mit fehlender Beschilderung.

Great Family Getaway
Pros:

Loved the views, my kids enjoyed the heated pools and the water slides, seamless check in and check out. Everything that is needed in a self catering unit can be found.

Cons:

The shower is very outdated, the water leaks out of the bathtub. It could do with a upgrade, just a regular stand-in shower will be great.
