Un rincón de paz donde disfrutar durante días
Pros:

Todo el complejo es genial, tiene mil actividades, las habitaciones son estupendas y la cena y el desayuno, abundantes y deliciosos. Qué pena que sólo estuviéramos una noche!

Cons:

La carretera a la ida estaba en plenas obras y fue tortuoso, pero cuando salimos la habían aplanado y no había nadie y fue mucho más cómodo.

Teníamos dos casas y estaban muy alejadas entre sí, si nos hubieran avisado igual habríamos cambiado las opciones de estancia.

* Yard is maintained

*Cabins/house not cleaned, aircon not heating up
*Utensils old questions is are they sterilized whenever guests leaves,
* Linen was not changed in one of the beds
* Ironcast pots were rusty in that they spoiled the meat we cooked
* I had to call for management so that we can be changed from initial cabin that we were booked in to the other
* They don't have internal phone, one has to call the cell number that is provided and they take long to respond.
* They need to change to smart TVs can't be looking at old DSTV channels
* Fridges too small and both Cabins some shelves broken

Vacation with my partner.
Pros:

I liked everything about the lodge from the accommodation, food, activities, environment and the warmth of the staff. The fact that we could just stay by the river and just relax listening to the birds and the river itself

The single beds in the room.

Pros:

We initially had some issues with the rooms we were assigned, but the staff very quickly tended to the issues raised. We had a wonderful restful weekend away. The resort is great and very family-and-children orientated.

Would recommend this to my family and friends. Really relaxing.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good but they did not have enough crockery and had to keep us waiting while they washed all the dishes, I also think for the amount of guests there were not enough staff to help them in the breakfast room.
But all in all we were on holiday so in no rush. Thanks to all for making our stay so memorable.

Cons:

The kids are 13, so couldn't use the bikes, it would have been nice if there were pickle or paddle courts to keep them busy for a little longer, but the indoor pool is a real bonus.

Lil bit outdated not modern enough especially the bathrooms but nice.

No aircons in the rooms.
Heated pool wasnt warm enough.
