Location is good but service and staff are terrible

Cons:

Staff were disengaged and unfriendly apart from cleaners. Front desk staff would not even say good afternoon let alone help with luggage when you are pushing a wheelchair and they have nothing else to do. Bed moves and everything feels cheap. Sink plug won't work, toilet runs, shower dribbles. Walls are paper thin so all shower or use of toilet next door is audible. Breakfast buffet will not let me buy two coffee to take to the room even when I explain my wife is in a wheelchair. Very rude and unfriendly. Opposite parking fills up quickly and closes at 12 next parking is 15 minutes walk away but he cathedral.

Cons:

El desayuno no merece la pena para el dinero que cuesta, me parece muy caro para lo que realmente hay. Un poco incómodo el baño porque es muy pequeño.

Hôtel central et agréable
Pros:

Emplacement central dans San Sebastian. Accueil chaleureux et rapide (avoir sa chambre à 14h c’est génial).
Literie confortable. Chambres standards avec le nécessaire. Largement suffisant pour quelques nuits.

Cons:

Le seul bémol c’est le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de parking pour les clients de l’hôtel.

It was a nice stay, recommend it.
Pros:

The hotel room is well designed and clean with comfortable bed and specious wall system. Bathroom is new, clean. The room insulation is great. The cleaning was done daily and very meticulous.

There was a nice terrace on the top of the building. The location is good, in a quiet area, close to a beach and about 10 minutes from the main shopping streets and 15 minutes to the bus station by walking. The breakfast was good with two lovely women cooking eggs to order. The hotel looks more like a 3-stars and well maintained.
