This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
At approximately 1:00 AM last night, water from the room above began flooding into my bathroom while the guest upstairs was showering. The water was so excessive that it spread throughout the bathroom and started coming out into my room. Hotel staff had to come upstairs in the middle of the night to clean up the flooding with a mop. Despite this completely unacceptable situation, I was told there were no other rooms available and had no choice but to remain in the room.
The following morning, the hotel finally attempted to relocate me, but they offered me a room on the third floor, despite my having explicitly requested a first-floor room. After explaining this again, they moved me into an unbelievably tiny room, practically the size of a shoebox. There is barely enough space to move around, let alone open a suitcase, unpack, or comfortably access my belongings.
What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of concern, professionalism, and customer service throughout the entire ordeal. Having your bathroom flood at 1:00 AM because someone upstairs is taking a shower is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of making a genuine effort to accommodate me after such a major inconvenience, the hotel placed me in an extremely cramped and uncomfortable room.
I paid to stay in a hotel where I could rest and be comfortable, not deal with flooding in the middle of the night, inadequate accommodations, and terrible service.
The way this entire situation has been handled is unacceptable. What should have been a pleasant stay has turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

No tiene parking . Hay uno enfrente de todas maneras pero es bastante caro el hotel como para no tener un parking o alguna promoción
Todo fue perfecto. Habitación muy cómoda y limpia, buena ubicación y atención excepcional. El desayuno, buenísimo.
Excellent location 5 minute walk to beach, cafes etc. Quiet, friendly attentive staff and really clean. Really nice breakfast. Rooms were small but weren't in room much and excellent shower. Big plus for me is really nice bed linen.
12 minute walk to bus station / old.town same distance. Laundrette is 5 minute walk if needed. We will be back.

Hotel novo, quarto espaçoso para um hotel na zona central. Mas o mais importante é o atendimento. Funcionários muito gentis e simpáticos. Logo na chegada nos explicaram sobre a cidade e deram dicas excelentes de restaurantes e passeios. Tem um estacionamento de frente (necessário reserva prévia), que facilita muito pra quem está de carro. A cidade é fantástica. Localização excelente (fica na transição entre a parte vieja, centro comercial e praia da Concha.
