Great location for Hayling island golf club.
Lots of parking and good breakfast.
Limited food times and nothing much in walking distance.
Hayling island was a big disappointment, old and tired.
It was very cosy and had a large car park. It was well run, good food , a bar and restaurant.
The breakfast plates were not warmed. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice though.
Clean, comfortable, excellent staff and good.

It’s in a great location
The mobile air conditioner provided was useless and made more noise than a tractor. The breakfast was plentiful but was all precooked-cooked and lukewarm warm.
For the price I expected better
Very nice staff, menu the same as two years ago. Hot food not very hot

Ground floor room with twin beds suited us fine. It was quiet and comfortable

Twin beds were extremely uncomfortable. Towels were very thin and smelt unclean, room cleanliness poor
The location of the hotel
The breakfast room was too small and couldn't accommodate every one. We had to wait in the bar area for a table. There was only one member of staff to control everything on his own. Consequently people were getting in each other's way having to get a self service breakfast.
