Pros:

Gute Lage für alle Aktivitäten, wir waren mit dem Töff unterwegs. Das Personal war sehr nett, vor allem Frau B. ☺️. Die Pizza war ein Traum. Angenehm ruhig. Die Wellness haben wir nicht besucht.

Pros:

The receptionist spoke English she was very friendly informative and helpful.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom, moderne and well equipped.
Dinner in their restaurant was excellent and the freshly made pizza exceptionnel.
Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice and well presented.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Hoffentlich nächtes Jahr wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant, unbedingt die Pizzen probieren. Ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Toller Aufenthalt von einem Heimweh - Lenzer.
Pros:

Preis / Leistung des Hotels ist sehr gut. Schönes Zimmer und Bad. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Der Lift funtionierte fast nie, ist aber eher ein Problem der Service-Monteure, welche jeden Tag vor Ort waren....
Etwas wenig Steckdosen. Dies war uns aber bekannt, sodass wir eine Doppelstecker dabei hatten :-) Die "Musik" in der Bar unter unserem Fenster war ein wenig zu laut. ( Vor allem machte es immer nur bum, bum, bum..., also auch nicht unser Geschmack... ) Und auch die Hauptstrasse war recht laut. ( Bei offenem Fenster )

Réservation last minute et quelle belle suprise
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec des pancakes, des oeufs brouillés parfaitement cuits, du café, confitures etc c'était parfait.
La dame du petit-déjeuner était très aimable et attentionnée.
La chambre avait un matelas épais où nous avons merveilleusement bien dormi.
La petite terrasse (non privative) était bienvenue pour prendre un petit apéro.
