Lovely staff and very helpful, near to bus stops and public transport as well as nearby restaurants. Ideal for an affordable place not too far outside of the centre.

AC works, although very loud and pointed directly at the bed.
No reception, no check-in, no hotel name on the building — just a WhatsApp number, a passport photo, and a PIN for a key box on the second floor of someone else's hotel. Blood stains on the bed, a dirty bathroom, and a room advertised as 18 m² that is visibly smaller. Rock-hard mattress, pillows far too high, and nobody on site to ask for a replacement. So much for the "soundproofing" in the listing: neighbours talking until 3 a.m., snoring for the rest of the night. WiFi didn't work, tap dripped all night, AC blows straight onto the bed. We cancelled the second night and left.

Modern, spacious rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was strong air-conditioning in the room as well which was perfect for hot summers in Rome. Check-in was easy and staff were pleasant. Hotel was close to good cafes and restaurants, accessible via a short bus ride from Rome Termini. The surrounding streets are quiet in the night time. Hotel is quite far from the main attractions like Colosseum, Vatican, Trastevere etc but they're about ~30 mins by bus/metro.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was not working reliably so not being able to dry my hair was a bit frustrating.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Zeer behulpzaam. Zeer goede airco op de kamer. De kamers waren ook netjes!
De balie is slechts tot 18u bemand. Wij hadden geen nieuwe shampoo gekregen waardoor we dit ook aan niemand konden vragen voor nieuwe. Daarnaast werkte de douche ook niet goed, zeer zwakke straal en soms enkel zeer heet water. Wanneer we dit tegen het personeel zeiden, werd hier wel steeds onmiddellijk op gereageerd om ons zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Er werd zelfs een kamer voor ons vrijgehouden. Er was ook weinig opbergruimte om kleren weg te leggen.
Piccolo boutique hotel al primo piano di un elegante palazzo romano, in una zona comoda per raggiungere sia il centro che la stazione. Stanze confortevoli e ben accessoriate, con bellissime volte in mattoni. La Sig.ra Mary è stata gentilissima ed efficientissima.
Non c'è la possibilità di fare colazione all'interno, ma c'è un ottimo bar di fronte all'hotel. Essendo la struttura molto piccola, manca un locale comune dove poter lavorare; tuttavia il WiFi della stanza funzionava benissimo e ho potuto supplire in questo modo.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. Great location for restaurants straight out the door with much better food than the tourist places in the centre. Yet only a 20 minute walk along lovely streets to the centre of Rome.
We liked it all. A tiny thing that would improve the room is more hooks and hangers for clothes. Other than that it was all great.
